As a pet owner trusting someone to take care of your pet is important, but also having someone understand how important they are to your family dynamic is equally as important. Growing up in a family that always has pets, being around and taking care of them is second nature to me. I'm 38, married and a dad of two lovely boys (7 and 3) and a Cat called Piper (2 years old). I'm currently flexible Monday - Friday in the evenings after work and at weekends. I'm Available for stay overs, house sitting, walks only, sit- ins and general pet company as needed. I'm Not currently available for overnight pet boarding but happy to care for your pet at my home during the day as I also work from home frequently. We have a house with a large open kitchen diner leading into a large, fully fenced safe garden, plenty of room to run around and have fun. Based in Hertford in Hertfordshire. Lots of close by pet friendly parks and walks very local to me. Passionate about keeping fit I regularly sync dog walks with my routine and I care for our extended family's dog Sydney during the day regularly. I was raised around cats and dogs, therefore I’ve acquired hands on experience since childhood. I particularly love cats and I enjoy getting to know each pet and finding out their own unique personality and preferences. I currently have a 2-year old British Shorthair that is very friendly and sociable. I love having other cats around so that she can play and socialise with them. I’m a lawyer working mostly from home, therefore I’m around all day and I have the flexibility to accept last minute bookings. My motivation to become a petsitter is to have the chance to get to know some more fur babies and to also give my cat Aysha the chance to socialise and play with other cats. I only accept a maximum of 2 bookings at the same time to ensure the pets are comfortable and able to adapt to the different circumstances. I have pet beds at home, however you fur babies are welcome to sleep on the couch, bed or wherever they feel comfortable! I am new to this platform and have only used it as a pet parent, therefore I don’t have any reviews yet, however as a lawyer I am registered and regulated by the SRA. I'm Michael. I'm a dog lover and have had dogs all my life. For me, they're part of my family. It's nice to spend time with a dog, one to one, see what makes it tick and to form a bond. I'm often seen walking my dogs, talking away to them. They're such good listeners and don't answer back!!
I've been a dog walker / boarder before, however being a foster carer to 2 children, there wasn't enough time to fit it all in. However, now I'm back to one child, so can give my time and attention that they deserve. 
I offer dog walking, let outs and boarding in a home environment. Your dog stays very much inside the house along with mine and will undoubtedly find its own creature comforts.
