"Greg was brilliant. At the meet and greet, we covered everything. Then when I was away, he looked after my 3 cats so wonderfully, and was so kind to send me regular updates after each visit (with pictures!) so that I could see how the cats were doing. "Natalie was absolutely brilliant with my cat Betsy and did a wonderful job of looking after her while I was away. She really went the extra mile to cater for her funny little ways and make sure she was well looked after, happy and made a fuss of! The daily updates and photos Natalie sent were really warm, personal and gave me a real sense that she was really interested in and caring for Betsy and not just doing a job.
