"Excellent service and communication! Sam was our first time using a catsitter and we were nervous, however she put both us and the cats at ease straightaway and was incredibly professional and caring.
Sam took care of our two cats, Phil and Fern while we were on holiday. Phil is diabetic and so needs two injections a day; Sam performed these perfectly and also managed to win over the notoriously fickle Fern as well which is no mean feat.
Sam clearly loves cats and provided amazing care for them and kept in regular touch with us with photos and texts. She went above and beyond when one of our cats was unwell (not diabetes related!), ensuring they were well taken care of and got to the vet - thankfully all was okay!!
We wouldn't hesitate to use Sam again to care for our two cats and would recommend anyone to use her, particularly if your cat has diabetes.

"Jessie looked after our 2 cats whilst we were on holiday. She was amazing, regularly sending updates and nice photos. When we get back the she had tidied up, put out rubbish etc . Will definitely ask Jessie to look after out cats again and would highly recommend"

"We just had Tak look after our cat Jinx for two weeks while we were away visiting family. We had an excellent experience with him, getting lots of photo updates as he came and fed our cat.
We really appreciated seeing all the photos, especially as our usually very skittish cat warmed to him and accepted treats from him. He checked on her outside if he didn't see her in the house, and pointed out any issues he spotted (e.g. weepy cat eye)
We'd definitely book him again!"

"Carmelina was amazing! Reliable, great updates and she really took good care of our cats. Whilst we were away Carmelina even tidied up around the kitchen, put our bins out and helped with Amazon packages, none of which was expected but very much appreciated. "Laurynas is conscientious beyond all expectation, and was exceptionally thoughtful in his treatment of our cat. Our cat had obviously missed us during our week's holiday and complained loudly about that to us when we got back but was healthy, had eaten and drunk as much as she would have done with us and was just missing her daily scratches, not wanting, we guess, to risk receiving scatches from a stranger. We would definitely employ Laurynas again; he is a lovely man."

"Emma has done a fantastic job for me! She came to visit me initially and asked lots of questions to make sure she was taking care of the cats effectively.
While I was away she was sending me regular updates and photos of my cats. The cats seemed to really take to her, and she gave them plenty of cuddles and attention!
