"We have had lots of pet sitters and Neus is honestly the best. She’s patient with our timid bunnies and they love her. She always sends great updates and photos and stays with the bunnies too. "Lauren took fantastic care of our 3 cats while we were away on holiday. Communication was absolutely perfect—she sent us regular updates and lovely photos, which gave us total peace of mind. She followed all of our requests and instructions flawlessly.
What impressed us the most is her incredible natural bond with cats. Our female cat, Jelly, is usually very difficult with strangers, highly distrustful, and easily scared. However, Lauren managed to connect with her so well that Jelly actually let Lauren pet her—which is a truly amazing achievement!
When we returned home, everything was in perfect order, and it was clear that our cats were happy and well-cared for. We will definitely use Lauren's services again in the future! 5/5 stars for an amazing job.

"I worked with a cat sitter for the first time and honestly I was a little nervous. But Jacqueline is so sincere and so trustworthy that all my uneasiness disappeared. "Charlotte was great with our cat Gizmo while we were away. Gizmo is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice a day, which can be a lot to manage. Administering insuline was new to Charlotte, but she didnt hesitate to learn and after short demonstration she handled it all with complete confidence and care.
She took the time to visit us and learn about Gizmo. Asked a lot of questions, took notes. Charlotte gave Gizmo's injections on schedule, and kept us updated daily with messages and photos.
We are grateful for the love and attention Charlotte gave Gizmo. It’s not easy to find someone you can trust with a pet who needs medical care, but Charlotte exceeded our expectations. She also didn't mind feeding our pond fish while visiting:)
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, compassionate, and skilled pet sitter—especially if your pet has special needs. "
