"Tracy made us feel completely at ease having recently moved house and never left our cats with an unfamiliar face before. Her initial visit gave us the chance to get to know each other and the cats both took to her so well we really felt we had made the right choice! Tracy let us know how they were while we were away with messages and photos, and we returned to find two happy cats and everything spotless! "Having never used a cat sitter before we were extremely nervous, however we need not have worried. The cats took to Claire straight away and whilst we were away Claire kept us informed all the way about our boy where doing which put our minds at rest and allowed us to enjoy our short break. Came home to two happy well looked after cats. Would recommend and use again. . "

"Alessio took great care of our cat. He is a very nice guy and it is clear that he loves animals. He sent us daily videos from which you could see that our cat was very happy to see him. He also has attention for detail as he noticed that our cat was peeing in the bathtub and he was very kind to clean that up. We will definitely be using his services for our next holiday! "Katherine was so kind and helpful. I’d been staying in Kent with my mother following my father’s sudden death and needed help with my dog on the day of his funeral. I found Katherine on PAWSHAKE and she couldn’t have done more to support me and my family. She was such a compassionate person but also totally professional and confident with my dog.
