"Tracy made us feel completely at ease having recently moved house and never left our cats with an unfamiliar face before. Her initial visit gave us the chance to get to know each other and the cats both took to her so well we really felt we had made the right choice! Tracy let us know how they were while we were away with messages and photos, and we returned to find two happy cats and everything spotless! Thank you so much Tracy, our first experience of using Pawshake and your Furry Friends service was excellent, we wouldn't hesitate to book in the future."

"Bethany came for a pre-visit and was so friendly and reassuring. It was our first time away from our cats for more than just a few days and she really helped to reassure us with her knowledge.
Even though she didn't meet our cats in the pre-visit (because our cats are a bunch of scaredy cats!) she gave us regular updates when she did see them and both cats eventually came out to say hi (enticed by treats of course!). We were very happy with Bath's service and dedication to looking in on our cats while we were away. We will happily book her again when we need another cat sitter next and would definitely recommend her. "

"Rianna was an absolutely fantastic cat sitter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our cat while we were away. From the very beginning she was reliable, communicative, and clearly experienced with cats. She took the time to understand our cat’s routine and personality, which immediately put us at ease.
During our time away, Rianna kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which was incredibly reassuring and showed how much care and attention she was giving. It was clear that our cat was comfortable and well looked after, and Rianna went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — from feeding and giving plenty of affection and playtime.
We came home to a happy, relaxed cat and everything exactly as we left it. Rianna is trustworthy, thoughtful, and clearly loves animals. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter, and we would absolutely book her again in the future."

"Caitlyn looked after our cat Princess twice a day while we were on holiday. She is a lovely person and very professional. She met up with us beforehand to meet Princess and ask questions and it’s clear she loves and cares for animals. Caitlyn followed all our instructions and communicated with us everyday and sent updates, photos and comments on how our cat was doing. I will definitely be using Caitlyn again and I would highly recommended her."

"Penny is an absolute gem! She looked after my home and my 18 year old cat for two weeks and exceeded every expectation.
My cat bonded with her so quickly and was stuck to her like glue which gave me total peace of mind. Penny is a fantastic communicator, sends regular updates & pics, she's professional and trustworthy. I came back to a happy cat and my home in pristine condition. "Having never used a cat sitter before we were extremely nervous, however we need not have worried. The cats took to Claire straight away and whilst we were away Claire kept us informed all the way about our boy where doing which put our minds at rest and allowed us to enjoy our short break.
