"Melanie saved my vacation ! and made me feel at ease while being away from my kittens! My flight got canceled so I had to change the dates of my vacation multiple times, but Melanie was super patient and flexible with me, and also made communicating really fast and easy. This was the first time I let my kittens alone for a longer time, so I was quite nervous about it, but thanks to Melanie, I knew they were in good hands. She sent me photos and videos of them everyday, and updated me about how they were doing. She also managed to give one of my cat his eye medication, even though I told her it's okay if she can't, because it was not an easy process especially on a scared cat. She also paid attention to keep my place clean, which can be quite challenging, as my cats have long fur so they often drag around some of the litter to the most unexpected places. I came home to happy cats, a clean place, after a stress free vacation, thanks to Melanie. I really can't thank you enough!"

"Phillipa cared for our two cat's whilst my partner and I were on vacation; I cannot express how appreciative we were to have found such a thoughtful, caring, and dedicated animal lover to care for our cats.
