Hi everyone, if you don’t know me I’m Laura.&nbsp;
I’ve had the joy of looking after Dogs for friends and family over the past 10 years. Animals are a true passion of mine, therefore I decided to take things a step further and make it a permanent lifestyle.
Combining my love of animals with work.&nbsp;

I’ve always had dogs myself but after loosing my last fur baby I decided that looking after other people’s furry pets would give me the best of both worlds.&nbsp;

I’ve been very lucky to have many dogs over the years, with a mix of breeds from small to large. One in particular came with behavioural &amp; health issues due to being a rescue, therefore handling dogs with all dispositions would be my forte.&nbsp;

- Dog walking including single walks, multi pet household walks &amp; groups walks up to 3 already socialised dogs.&nbsp;

I’ve always had a natural connection with animals, and that passion is what drives me as a pet sitter. Working my part‑time job at Medivet has strengthened my understanding of animal care, behaviour, and overall wellbeing.
Alongside my part time role at Medivet, I run Tia &amp; Paws, where I offer dog walking, drop‑ins, pet‑sitting &amp; pet taxi services for all small animals. My motivation comes from knowing how important it is for owners to feel completely at ease when they’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.

You could probably open a zoo with the amount of animals I've had to look after / own / care for! My childhood has always been surrounded by furry friends and even when younger my parents used to dog sit! I've got a little experience of playing and looking after ferrets and cats but my biggest knowledge is dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm available throughout the day at different times but happy to adjust to your animal's needs if there's a specific time required. If your animal is a nervous one, we can arrange a meet up so that it's not a stranger on their first meet in their home. Home visits can be adjusted, I set the times for 30 mins or an hour but if more / less is needed just let me know. Walks can also be adjusted depending on the fitness level, age and demand of your pet. I also love taking photos so the chances are you'll have a pet photoshoot included! By day to day I'm cabin crew due to my restricted flying hours I get a lot of time off and with plans to hopefully buy my own home next year with my partner, I'm looking to earn some extra money to help us get there a little bit quicker! It's vital for an animal to get their daily walks and exercise and sometimes life gets in the way of being able to get them the full attention they deserve. I love animals and have been around them all my life, I've taken care of all kinds, and I have owned a range of animals from dogs, hamsters, Guinea pigs, rabbits, geckos, snakes, frogs and skinks. And cared for them completely. 
I spent a year in college doing animal management and I came out with a merit as a result, i learned about all kinds of animals need and how to keep them entertained and enriched and how to spot if things are wrong, I spent around 5 months looking after animals at a reptile job. I absolutely adore animals and my dream job from about the age of 6 was to work as a zoo keeper. 
I have also spent time looking after family and family friends animals, which I have followed instructions for and always made sure I completed them fully. 
I will only take vaccinated and chipped dogs.

I gave up my office job to do something I love and I love animals and being outside especially in nature. I get to take dogs for walks and hang out with cats and other animals which is fun and rewarding. I've been dog walking and pet sitting for almost 2 years now and I care for your pets and your home as if they were my own. I grew up with dogs and cats in my home, so I have lots of experience. Unfortunately I cannot board any animals in my home as my cat would never allow it but I can come to your home. I offer dog walking, pet visits and house sitting and if you require it overnight stays as well. I am available morning, afternoon and evenings. I'm based in the South Benfleet area and I can travel around 2 miles to clients homes. I walk 1-2 dogs at a time and only if you're comfortable with another dog accompanying your dog on a walk. The dog walks are from an hour but if they are not comfortable going for walks I'll be happy to play with the pets/ keep them company in your home. During the pet/ house sit I will take in post, water plants, empty litter trays, refill food and water, take out/ bring in bins etc. I can stay with the pets for 1+ hours - all day. I usually take the dogs around local roads/parks on their walks depending on your preferences. I will adhere to any security requirements you need, i.e use of locks and alarms. Hi I'm Maisie! I'm a registered veterinary nurse, in a large small animal hospital 🫶🏼
I love being outdoors in nature and of course with animals so thought I could combine the two. I also have experience with walking a variety of dog breeds from large dogs to small, from non-dog friendly to playful and energetic. With my love for nature I live near many gorgeous parks which your pooches can explore with me. With cats and small furries I enjoy different ways of enrichment and playing games to entertain them during my visits, I have experience with clearing out beds and litter trays with a large range of species also. My knowledge doesn't only expand to cats and dogs, I have experience with small animals and exotics so I can cater for all needs.
I have experience giving, oral, topical, and injectable medication, so gives you peace of mind that a qualified professional is administering it.
If you wanted additional services such as nail clips, anal gland expression, and ear cleaning, I can also provide these at an additional cost so always ask! 
I am an animal lover to my core and I have two pets of my own, a cocker spaniel called Daphne and a cat called Casper.

Experienced Pet sitter and walker for over a year, assisting with constant daily supervision and feeding, playing around the house with tennis balls and also outside in the garden. Have completed long walks of up to 4 miles a day every day. I am a lover of all animals, in particular cats, and I have great pleasure in meeting them all to take care of, hug and make noise.

I am the owner of two cats and a French bulldog dog and I know about the care of this breed.

I am confident with all breeds of dogs and other small animals and I will be happy to hear to discuss the care and attention that your animals need and deserve.

I have a course every Tuesday and Friday in the afternoon. For the rest of the week I would be available all day for visits and dog walks.

My visits will last at least 45 minutes, where I will be happy to feed your pets, bother them, play with them, clean them, if necessary, and send the paw rentals many photo and video updates.

I'm new to taking care of pets, but having found our wonderful animal babysitter at Pawshake, I'm aware of what makes a good babysitter and I'd like to offer my services to others in the area.
