"This is my 2nd booking with Joanne, and this time I left my cats with her for 6 days. Joanne did such a wonderful job taking care of them. My cats absolutely love her and were so comfortable being around her. She brought different toys for them every day, made sure everyone was fed well, and was always attentive to their needs. What I really appreciate about Joanne is that she takes the initiative to solve problems, and honestly, she does it exceptionally well. I received detailed reports, along with photos and videos, every day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. At the end of the booking, Joanne even gave me a hard-copy report with cute cartoon faces of my cats, which made it so much more fun and personal. She also very kindly made a memorable photo for me to keep on my fridge. 🥹❤️ Joanne is not just a pet sitter, she genuinely takes care of your pets like they are her own family. I’m so grateful for all the love and care she gives to my cats, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again! 🐱❤️"

"Rianna was an absolutely fantastic cat sitter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our cat while we were away. From the very beginning she was reliable, communicative, and clearly experienced with cats. She took the time to understand our cat’s routine and personality, which immediately put us at ease. During our time away, Rianna kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which was incredibly reassuring and showed how much care and attention she was giving. It was clear that our cat was comfortable and well looked after, and Rianna went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — from feeding and giving plenty of affection and playtime. We came home to a happy, relaxed cat and everything exactly as we left it. Rianna is trustworthy, thoughtful, and clearly loves animals. "Nick was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Really good communication and from the moment we met during the free ‘meet and greet’ I felt at ease with him. I was quite nervous about leaving my 6 month old puppy for the day, but knowing Nick was going in to check on her and my other dog helped me relax. He was absolutely lovely with both dogs; they really took a liking to him as well! I would highly recommend him and I’ll definitely be booking him again. Thanks Nick! "

"I have never left Pasha with anyone except for family, so I was a little aphrehensive about leaving her, but after meeting with Kayle I knew she was in safe hands. Pasha is an old lady with some extra needs and Kayle was amazing with her, she sent me regular updates and when I got home Pasha was happy and settled. Thank you so much Kayle, You clearly love what you do and do it with love and kindness. I would highly recommend Kayle and pawshake, which is easy to navigate and a fast way to find a sitter.
