"It was my first time using the cat sitter from the pawshake and I am glad I did. Zoe was looking after my two cats over the Christmas. Everything I asked her to do she would do without hesitation. Friendly and very patient, especially with my older cat Paris who’s very shy and doesn’t like being approached. Great communication from the start. My cats were happy with her so was I. I highly recommend Zoe. "

"Jeana is definitely one of the best cat sitters out there for sure even with such great value. Firstly she provided daily updates on each and every visit without asking. In the updates, she showed great care and attention towards my pet spending time there to calm my cat down when there are other services being held with outsiders and took the time to figure out why my cat suddenly had tummy troubles by checking if was sneaking to eat things he shouldn’t. She also no qualms immediately rushing over when I had sudden visitors and needed her there. Strongly recommend Jeana as she has provided the best cat sitter I have experienced on Pawshake!"

"Let’s just say there is a chasm of difference between Valentina and all the other catsitters we have had before. You’ll see other reviews of “professional”, “reliable” etc. but what does that actually look like in reality when you are leaving your best buddy/ies in Valentina's care? Well, for starters you need to understand that this is Valentina’s actual profession. It’s all she does.
Her experience shines through, and this is particularly relevant if you have a pet which is pushing on years, or has underlying health conditions like our Siberian Forestcat Ernie. Valentina has numerous specific qualifications in animal care and it’s obvious she is using these skills on a daily basis. Valentina turned up like clockwork every day, even when there was a transport strike.
Valentina sent us extremely detailed daily reports, with numerous photos of Ernie, his water and food bowls, letting us know exactly his demeanour, behaviour she noticed etc. It was obvious that Ernie was in the best of hands!
Other catsitters show up at all different times, give excuses for things, and we have found previous catsitters to not follow the BASICS of animal care - i.e. changing food and water EVERY DAY, and cleaning the litter tray, not just occasionally. This just wasn’t the case with Valentina. Valentina knows what is important. It’s almost impossible to find a vet nurse to petsit - so if this is something you want, Valentina is honestly the next best thing to having your vet visit. We call her the cat whisperer!"

"So pleased to have met Agheliki, she’s a warm, wonderful person in addition to being an awesome pet sitter. She looked after our two kitties for two weeks whilst we were out of town. Her communication throughout was amazing, she kept us so updated every day with pictures and videos. She picked up our post, watered plants and even let me know about about a parcel that had been delivered next door and asked if I wanted her to collect it. She’s incredibly considerate, thoughtful and goes above and beyond. I would 100% recommend booking with her for complete peace of mind.

"Lauren was brilliant and would highly recommend her as a cat sitter. Her communication was excellent - she looked after my two cats during a heat wave and was adept at being able to understand their needs and adapt routines accordingly. "Daisy was an outstanding cat sitter and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She looked after my cats for over a week and was excellent from start to finish. She was extremely communicative, keeping me regularly updated and clearly paying close attention to how they were doing.
What really stood out was how thoughtfully she tailored her approach to each cat’s personality. She was proactive throughout, making sure they were not just fed and safe, but genuinely enriched, comfortable, and well cared for.
I came home to happy, relaxed cats, which says everything. I would absolutely book Daisy again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring cat sitter."

"I am so very pleased to have met Nicole. such a polite professional lady. I was impressed with how much time and energy went into looking after milly. now milly is a rescue cat and I had only had her 3 months , Nicole showed great enthusiasm and care in making sure milly feel at peace while I was away.I loved the fact milly looked happy and relaxed. tbh I thought she might have hidden under bed... so to my surprise I was getting lots of positive updates. and that reasurred .me I choose the right person to look after milly!!
