"Nikki as well as her brother James took excellent care of my slightly senior Yorkie of 16 years of age, for a period of 10 days.
It was my first ever pet sitter experience; previously - I had relied on pet hotels for round-the-clock care (when I was living outside of the UK).
And given my huge emotional attachment to my dog - my lifelong companion who has moved with me across different countries, you can imagine how picky and scrupulous I was in my instructions and preferences!
To name a few, out of my 10-page of instructions (!), the requirement highlighted the home visit timings (x2 per day), the exact number of nutrient supplement tablets to feed my dog in specific order, the mopping of the bathroom floor (as my dog uses the bathroom toilet as her bathroom), the turning on/off of the lights in the apartment, etc.
Nikki and James helped to follow the instructions to the letter and helped share photos and videos and messages multiple times a day - which really helped to put my mind at ease during the 10 days I was away. Photos clearly indicated how much my dog became attached to them, almost to the extent I felt jealous! 🤣 Clearly a sign that my dog felt the love and care bestowed on her by Nikki and James.
Overall - very very happy at the love and care shown to the love of my life! Thank you Nikki and James!"

"Sophie is an excellent cat sitter - conscientious, affectionate and with a lot of attention to detail. She really took time and effort to get to know our cats, give them love. and cuddles while we were away. We were sent daily updates with photos and videos of how they were doing. She was also very kind to even hoover our flat so that we would not find hair all over the place (although that was not her job at all!). Most surprisingly, after a while the cats even agreed to let her comb them daily. We suggested it after there was some report of puking, but had not asked her to do that at the beginning because we thought they would not allow it, especially one of them who is a bit of a hooligan; she actually enjoyed the grooming session to my utter surprise, which is evidence of how good a sitter Sophie is. We highly recommend her services!"

"Jacky took wonderful care of our rabbits over the weekend, and I feel very lucky that one of my first experiences with a pet sitter was with him. From the start, his communication was excellent, and he was consistent in providing updates and photos throughout our trip, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away.
It was clear that he followed all of the care instructions carefully, and we especially appreciated that he kept an eye on the rabbits’ temperature given the summer weather. It was reassuring to know they were being looked after so attentively.
Our buns seemed to enjoy having him around too! They were curious about their new visitor, happily came over for attention, and even asked for pets. Seeing them so comfortable with him made us feel even more confident that they were in good hands.
When we returned, the rabbits looked relaxed, and well cared for. Overall, we’re incredibly thankful to Jacky for the care and attention he gave them. We would absolutely recommend him, and I’m sure our buns will be very happy to see him again soon! 🐰🐰"

"Emma showed up everyday and sent us pictures and an update on our old girl. Betty was healthy and happy when we got home. Litter box was clean and everything was fine in the flat. Emma was friendly and professional when we met and I was impressed she wanted to stay and get to know Betty a bit more. We are so happy with Emma and would recommend her to anyone. "I highly recommend Steven for caring for your pets! My husband and I had just moved to the UK with our two cats, not knowing anyone, we arranged a cat sitting company to look after our boys. Two days before leaving town the cat company canceled due to a lack of staff availability. That's when we found Steven! He was incredibly responsive to our request and was accommodating to our last minute situation. Our meeting with Steven prior to him watching our cats was very reassuring, he was responsible and you could tell genuinely cares for animals. Steven did a wonderful job taking care of our boys and sent daily updates, which we loved receiving! We could not recommend Steven enough and we will continue to use him going forward!
