"This is the first time we’ve used Pawshake and any sort of cat sitter and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Sara really built up a great relationship with both of our cats. "Emma has been absolutely fantastic in her care of our cat; we couldn’t recommend her enough. We were quite concerned about leaving Yoda because he’s so reliant on us socially and is not very good with strangers. He also exhibits a lot of fear aggression around strangers and is very cautious in nature. We were so relieved when Emma checked in with a video of herself and Yoda getting on famously- honestly, he likes her more than most members of our family who frequently visit. Yoda was as content and comfortable with Emma as he is with us, which immediately gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our holiday without worrying about him. Emma has such a way with cats and is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in the delivery of her care, taking the time to ensure her charges are not only safe, but calm and content too. I was particularly surprised at her very reasonable and affordable rates, which are so much cheaper than a cattery stay- and also far less stressful for our baby boy. Emma not only provided us with frequent updates and videos, but also spent time with Yoda and ensured he was fed, watered and fussed over. We will certainly be booking with Emma again, she is a true professional, and quite possibly, a cat whisperer. Thank you so much Emma xx"
