I took early retirement from the Criminal Justice System nearly 10 years ago and I’ve now decided to turn my passion for dogs into something that I can do in my spare time. I am of course fully DBS checked and insured with the nations leading pet insurer Petplan, but more important than anything, I just love dogs! I’ve had dogs literally from the moment I was born and my favourites are big dogs such as Border Collies, German Shepherds, Retrievers and Labradors.

I have experience in training and handling deaf dogs as my previous border collie was deaf and I taught her how we could communicate by me using hand signals and we went on to obtain our bronze and silver good citizen awards. I have also taken my current dog scent training and to Hoopers Agility as she has arthritis. I’m quite happy looking after and medicating old or infirm dogs and we can provide our own doggy pushchair if need be. 

I’m first aid trained, have attended dog massage and alternative therapy workshops, agility classes and have experience in animal healing and reiki.

Another passion of mine is travelling and exploring and I am happy to travel to sits that are in areas of interest to me if they suit us both.

Hi i'm Shiori, a very big animal lover with 2 dogs of my own, so i am very used to daily walks, feeding, and general care. I've looked after both small and large dogs and am comfortable with different personalities and energy levels!

Whilst i don't have professional experience, i am reliable, careful and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so i always make sure they are safe, happy and well looked after. I am also happy to stick to any routines or special instructions!

- I am happy to offer both shorter or longer walks for your dog, for up to an hour per day. 

- I know how different dogs vary in sociability, but you'll know your pet best! so if you let me know where they are most comfortable walking, i will stick to your typical routes!

- As much as i enjoy the company of many dogs, to ensure their safety, i only walk 1 dog at a time 

- I have experience with dogs of many temperaments, but please do let me know of any additional notes i should be aware of (for example, if they will chase after small animals like my dogs do) to limit surprises! 

- (for any far advanced bookings, please message me at least a couple of months before! i am mostly flexible but this helps me be more aware)

(Currently based bournemouth for university, so any enquiries to be based in bournemouth please as unfortunately i won't be able to travel to take care of your pet! - thank you!)

Hi, I'm Matt.I have two absolutely mad cocker spaniels and had another cocker spaniel previously, so I'm well used to dogs that need plenty of exercise.I also have fish and a gecko.Over the years we've had plenty of normal family pets, hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits.I'm very reliable and trustworthy, I have many references available on request.Due to my previous employment I have an enhanced DBS certificate and am also high level security cleared.I'm able come into your home to feed your animals or let them out to go to the toilet.
I am now self employed, but having been employed full time for the past 25 years, I know how hard it can be to work and still manage to look after pets.
I was lucky enough to have for the majority of that time to work shift work and then when I worked a more normal job, my daughter was able to come home and let the dogs out.I like to meet you and your pet before I commit to anything so you and your pet are both happy.Any questions please feel free to ask.&nbsp;
