"Alessio took great care of our cat. He is a very nice guy and it is clear that he loves animals. He sent us daily videos from which you could see that our cat was very happy to see him. He also has attention for detail as he noticed that our cat was peeing in the bathtub and he was very kind to clean that up. We will definitely be using his services for our next holiday! Thank you Alessio"

"Katherine was so kind and helpful. I’d been staying in Kent with my mother following my father’s sudden death and needed help with my dog on the day of his funeral. I found Katherine on PAWSHAKE and she couldn’t have done more to support me and my family. She was such a compassionate person but also totally professional and confident with my dog. I cannot express how grateful I was to have her support on such an emotional day and wholeheartedly recommend her. "
