"As people new to booking a dog sitter, Steph was brilliant and gave us lots of confidence when arranging for someone to look after our 10 year old dog who has only really been left with family members until now. Steph was affectionate with Ruby and made her feel comfortable before we left. Steph totally understands an animal's needs, recognises their anxieties and finds ways to settle them; she has a good rapport with them and that is clear from the interactions we observed between her and Ruby. "I’m really happy with the service, Emily came by my house to check on my dog and let him out, and everything went perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout — I felt reassured knowing that someone reliable was taking care of him while I was away. It was such a relief to have Emily there, knowing that she can cope with a beagle is an added bonus !!!!!!!!!!! 🐶🐾 I will definitely be using this service again in the future."
