"I worked with a cat sitter for the first time and honestly I was a little nervous. But Jacqueline is so sincere and so trustworthy that all my uneasiness disappeared. Jacqueline took such great care of my cats as if they were her own and gave them incredible love. She was in constant communication with me and kept me informed about them every time. "Charlotte was great with our cat Gizmo while we were away. Gizmo is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice a day, which can be a lot to manage. Administering insuline was new to Charlotte, but she didnt hesitate to learn and after short demonstration she handled it all with complete confidence and care.
She took the time to visit us and learn about Gizmo. Asked a lot of questions, took notes. Charlotte gave Gizmo's injections on schedule, and kept us updated daily with messages and photos.
We are grateful for the love and attention Charlotte gave Gizmo. It’s not easy to find someone you can trust with a pet who needs medical care, but Charlotte exceeded our expectations. She also didn't mind feeding our pond fish while visiting:)
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, compassionate, and skilled pet sitter—especially if your pet has special needs. "
