 I have always shared my life with dogs, from small, spirited breeds to strong, large companions. At home, I currently care for my much-loved Rottweiler and French Bulldog, who keep me on my toes and remind me daily how unique every dog truly is. With years of hands-on experience, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and kindness when it comes to looking after dogs of all sizes and personalities. I previously owned a 70kg reactive XL bully he has given me a hell of a lot of experience handling a dog who really didn't like other dogs. He sadly passed away to cancer last year. 

As a passionate animal lover, I provide more than just a walk — I make sure your dog feels safe, stimulated, and cared for as if they were my own. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll, energetic exercise, or just some friendly company, I tailor every walk to suit your pet’s individual needs. My goal is simple: happy dogs, peace of mind for owners, and plenty of wagging tails along the way. There nothing I love more than meeting all of the lovely doggies .

Hello! My name is Matheus, and I’ve been working as a dog walker and pet sitter since 2022. Caring for animals is not just a job for me – it’s a true passion. I’ve always had a deep love and respect for pets, and being able to spend time with them while helping their owners brings me so much joy and fulfillment.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to care for dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I am a 24-year-old full-time estate agent with a lifelong love and passion for dogs. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and caring for dogs comes very naturally to me. I had never considered dog sitting professionally until I came across a local job advertisement on my village Facebook page, which inspired me to turn something I genuinely enjoy into an opportunity to help others.

I currently have two dogs of my own, which I share with my dad, and I am very hands-on with their daily care, exercise, and routines. In addition, I regularly look after my sister’s dog when she goes on holiday, as well as dogs belonging to friends. As everyone knows how much I love dogs, I’m often the first person they ask. I normally take them to a big field where it's not so busy and take them for a long walk to tire them out and get more steps in for me! Also one of my dogs Beau is not so good with other dogs so I keep him on a lead and he gets a better walk when it's quiet as nothing is there to stress him out so I understand what it's like to have a nervous dog too. 

Although I work full time, my weekends and evenings are generally free. I enjoy long walks, quality time, and ensuring dogs feel safe, happy, and well cared for—so I thought, why not take this a step further.

I adore cats! I currently have two of my own- boys- both rescued. One a 17yo Bengal called Harry, the other a short-hair black &amp; white 2yo called Teddy. I genuinely love being around cats. I feel passionate about in-home care as opposed to cattery residence as it allows your fur babies to stay in their familiar surrounding. I know my cats 'need' this, especially Teddy who is a little anxious.&nbsp;
I have had cats most of my life and also cat sat for friends and family many times over the years. They are always happy with the service! I like to send photos and updates when I know they miss the little ones. Jetting off on your much needed summer holiday, going away for work or generally out of action shouldn't leave you feeling guilty and stressed about 'abandoning' your furry loved one(s). &nbsp;
Obviously I will feed, and clean any litter trays or accidents. I can also administor medication when provided clear instructions. Entertain with playtime, relax with cuddles on their favourite chair. Happy to do any other little jobs like feeding fish/small furries (experienced with many), watering plants, putting the bins out- I like to help out so just ask!
I am also a mum of two children, so visits weekday early mornings before the school run (term time) isn't possible but I take pet sitting seriously and am 100% reliable and trustworthy.
