"Greg was brilliant. At the meet and greet, we covered everything. Then when I was away, he looked after my 3 cats so wonderfully, and was so kind to send me regular updates after each visit (with pictures!) so that I could see how the cats were doing. "Katherine was so kind and helpful. I’d been staying in Kent with my mother following my father’s sudden death and needed help with my dog on the day of his funeral.
