"This was the first time we used a catsitter and Faye was the best person to fill in this role! We arranged a meet & greet before we went on holiday, and our cat was immediately drawn to Faye, which never happens with strangers at first! Faye listened to everything we had asked of her prior to our leave. During her visits, our house was secure which was definitely reassuring! She even sent updates and photographs with our babycat on Whatsapp (without us asking), giving us both peace of mind as we've never done this before! My cat enjoyed her visits, the photos showed them being cuddly and affectionate, which definitely helped ease my nerves knowing that babycat was in safe hands. I could not recommend Faye enough! We'll definitely be in touch again :)"

"It was my first time trying a pet sitter. We have three cats over 12 years old who are shy and scared to meet a stranger. I have booked Andrew for a day home visit. One of my cats, the most shy and nervous one, loves to play with him without hesitation during his visit. Andrew is responsible and reliable in taking care of my cats. He helps us clean the litter thoroughly and even sends photos and video clips for updates. We'll undoubtedly book his service again. "
