She was very thorough, thoughtful and caring (to both owners and pets) - beautifully looking after our two cats and gecko, and sending us regular updates and photos. "What a delightful young man. So polite and friendly. My dog absolutely loved him and he took very good care of her. He looked after the house very well and when I came back he had tidied up and the house was exactly as clean and tidy as when I left. He had taken lots of pictures of him and honey together which I thought was a lovely touch. He was trustworthy and responsible and I will use him again in the future. "
