"Guy had an immediate rapport with the puppy and all three dogs liked him and he made sure the older dogs got his attention as well as the puppy. He did exactly what we wanted efficiently and often above and beyond with a puppy who is very mischievous. It was easy to communicate with him before we went away and we had daily updates. Would definitely recommend."

"I recently was away for a business trip, and booked Sue to take care of my cat. Shortly after contacting Sue, she came to the house to meet with my cat (and me) and go through her routine. From meeting Sue, it was clear she really cares about animals and I was confident my cat would be left in safe hands. While I was away, Sue contacted me every day with photos and an update on how my cat was getting on. She even put the bins out for me oh bin day - something I hadn’t asked her to do, but greatly appreciated. When I returned home, my cat has her normal happy self, her litter box was clean and it was clear her food and water had been changed regularly - something that has not been true in the past when I left her in the care of someone else. I would not hesitate to book Sue again in future and highly recommend her to others. "
