I will care for your pet as if he or she was my own. I had pets all my life (cats, dogs, rabbits and even a leopard gecko). I have over 30 years of experience caring for pets, including, nervous / shy animals, large dogs, rare breeds, animals with disabilities, rabbits, fish, etc But I don't have a pet at the moment. I have serious cat withdrawal symptoms! I love dogs, as well as all animals really and I look forward to helping you out with your pet sitting needs :)
My typical visit is at least 1hour long and includes feed, clean bowls, replace fresh water, sort out litter tray, play with, cuddle, (especially cuddle ) brush, talk to and even give medication as instructed / required. Visit will be tailored to your pets' needs. Happy to do photo / video or even FaceTime updates :) Happy to go on dog walks (up to 30 mins) if required.
I can drive in case of an emergency, and I'll make sure your home is safe and secure during and after my visit.
I can water plants too :)
I am fairly flexible but I have extra availability on Saturdays and Wednesdays.
If you require anything different from what's offered (for example extra visits, or different days, please drop me a message so we can discuss).
I cover the area near the Whiteley shopping centre, but I can also do some areas of Portsmouth.

Just to make it clear the services I provide is dog walking group or solo walks , dog sitting , dog boarding in my home, drop in services to your home for dogs or any small animals, if they need feeding or just caring for if you're out for the day.  I also provide day care for dogs at my home not just overnight stays. 
I have recently brought a house in Cosham (January 2025) it's super dog friendly with lots of dog beds, dog toys, a safe garden space with 6' fences all round, toys in the garden as well as a small dog pool for when it's hot. I've also got lots of enrichment &amp; puzzle toys to stimulate the dogs while they're with me. I'm very relaxed with having dogs with me my home is also their home, the dogs are allowed on all the furniture like they would be at home. I have had dogs all my life, and I had a family cat from November to when I moved out in April! I have had three large/giant breed dogs and I had a 3 legged rabbit for 8 years who is greatly missed! I bathed my dogs many times and towards the end of their lives had to think of new ways to try and give them medications. My old dog was a nervous and reactive dog, so I always took great care when she was out walking in the neighbourhood, and I was always careful with my friendly dog due to other dogs' reactivity on walks.
I live with my partner and have no pets in our home permanently, as it is a bit small for an animal full-time! I am available for dog walking and pet sitting in client homes. I also work with children and young people, so I have an up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate! I have a Level 3 Animal Care and Management BTEC, and originally wanted to be a veterinary nurse, but decided it was not for me. If needed, I can bathe and give animals a brush, provided this is recommended for them and the products are provided, e.g. no bathing rabbits or cats. I do also have a car with a dog cover so if longer walks are needed then please request these!
I love animals and have done since I was young. There have been a variety of animals in my home, like hamsters, ferrets, rats, rabbits and I have grown up with smaller dogs also!
