I have always had a furbaby (dog) in my life up until losing my 15 year old girl back in 2020 and they really do leve a hole in your heart. My life doesn't currently allow me the option of having another dog full time as i have work commitments but after receiving suggestions from both family and friends about the possibility of helping others who need a little help with checking in on their furry ones when at work or away i thought i would see if there was anyone in my local area that needs a hand.
I'm a keen walker and it would be lovely to be able to stretch my legs with a little fury person for company, or whether you have an older dog that just needs checking in on for a toilet break, cuddles and company then that would be just perfect.
What services can you expect:
I would be able to taylor the visits specifically for you dog, and would be comfortable in administering any required oral medication. I do not have a qualification in either dog training or grooming but have experience of working with reactive dogs and able to take on board any tips you use yourself whilst out on walks, and confident in grooming also if needed.
A home visit can also be taylored specifically to your needs, i'm happy to spend the time required to ensure your dogs are enriched, loved and settled before being left until the next vist, if you require your plants to be watered and you mail to be brought in whilst you are away then i am happy to do this also.
I work from home three days a week and have plenty of availabilty at the weekends to provide time for visits during the day, walks and check in's in the evening to cover your'e work commitments and weeknds away.
Walks can be timed to suit the needs of your dog, as a keen walker and hiker with some great woodland walks right here on my own door stop there will be plenty of opportunity for some new adventures for them, if you're dog is confident with travelling in the car there's nothing i love more than a trip to the sea for the more adventurous furbabies!
If you would like to find out a little more and arrange a meet and greet then please do get in touch.

Hi there! I am a 30 year old animal lover. I have completed a Certificate II and Certificate III in Animal Studies at TAFE and am a Qualified Animal Attendant.
I have previously volunteered at the RSPCA Animal Shelter where I was responsible for the care of cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, mice and other animals. I loved my experience volunteering at the RSPCA as I got the opportunity to provide care and affection to those animals that need it most. At the RSPCA i would feed/water the animals, take the dogs out for walks and exercise, play with and cuddle the cats, clean animal enclosures and groom the animals. I have had many different pets over the years myself including: dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, mice, fish, hermit crabs.
You are able to put your trust in me not only for my personal experience of caring for a variety of pets over my lifetime but also my educational training and professional experience working in Australia's most well-known and trusted animal Shelter.

Hey neighbors! I'm a private nanny and dog walker/sitter. I love all animals, and have had many cats and dogs of my own, too! Growing up we had guinea pigs, cats, and big dogs. I loved them all!I'm proud to give you peace of mind while you're away from home, so you can be assured that your dog (or other critter) is relaxed, exercised, well-fed and happy.I will visit your home and take your pup for a walk, feed them, play with them and make sure they're generally doing aright while you're gone. I can even simply sit with nervous pets so that they have some company. If your dog is training (sit, heel, etc.) let me know and I can practice with them, too.I can also water plants, refresh litter trays, refill water for all pets, etc.!My nanny family will tell you that I'm reliable and hard working. For reference contact please get in touch.

I have been using pet sitters for a while now, and know how stressful it can be leaving your animals - I personally have 4 indoor cats (two Maine coons, a Chausie and a Ragdoll).and they are my best friends, so having reliable people I can trust who understand what they mean to me, to take care of them when I'm away is super important to me.
I studied animal husbandry and have experience with a wide range of animals including reptiles, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, small rodents (I used to have show winning rats!) birds, and farm animals. I also used to take animals to schools for workshops and teach children about them. Throughout this, the welfare of the animals has been paramount.
I'm usually available at short notice so drop me a message if you need anything last-minute.
Also happy to water your plants etc.
Hopefully I can help ease your anxiety! I will send you photos and updates :)

I have decided to dog walk on the side with my part time job. I am available after 1 pm in the week and 4.30 in Wednesday I am happy to walk up to 4 small well behaved dogs at a time. All of my family and friends count on me for dog walking and dog sitting. I can garentee long dog walks lots of fun and a loving family fuss if you would like. I will also update you on anything me and your fur baby do in the day if you would like. And you can rely on me no matter what happens. I can't wait to have fun while walking your beloved dogs and if there are any other questions please don't hesitate to ask and I can't wait to meet you all. For my personal dogs I have 3 labours and a French bulldog none of which live with me they all live with my family but I am based in bargoed ,Blackwood and any part of the valley from Rhymney to Caerphilly.

Hiya I'm Sunny Scoobie, I'm an allotmenteer, Granny to 7 grandkids
I've worked for Bupa as a care assistant in their Cardiff care home & have been DBS checked.
Now retired, and concentrating on my cat sitting.
I'm a mad cat lady & have lived with 1 to 5 cats for the last 40 years. I have been adopted by 2 cats from Cats Protection, Rosie Buttocks & Shellie Bellie (who are still unsure whether they're friends with each other).
I've also taken care of mice, gerbils, rabbits, goldfish (indoors & out), tropical fish & budgies for the kids & frogs, toads, slow worms, shrews & sparrows for our mogs.
I have administered many tablets to amenable & objectionable kitties by bribing with sweets... Ah..that's the grandkids... cat treats or their favourite food.
Feisty, timid and all in between, I've toys, kitty story books and a soft lap to suit all their needs for a great holiday staycation.
All their needs were catered to, and some they didn't even know they wanted.
Morning, midday & evenings available, but as I prefer to walk everywhere, my area is limited to Whitchurch Cardiff
I look forward to meeting all you wonderful kitties, mogs & toms and your 'owners' xxx

I'm a 19 year old student studying Professional Policing and currently working part-time alongside this. I have always had a passion for all different animals and i'm very excited to start this new journey. Animals are the most important thing to me as I see them as family not pets. I have had many animals growing up and all sorts of sizes. I have a Giant Golden doodle named Aleister who is almost 9 years old. I take great care of him, I take him for daily walks as he's such a big dog he also has to much energy for his age! He is a very playful, gentle and great with puppies. He makes an amazing companion and he's an amazing member of the family.
This passion for animals i've had since I was very young. I'm very protective with animals and I can't quite put into words how to describe this amount of love I have for these amazing four-legged creatures!

•Dog walks
Dog walks could range from 10 mins- 1 hour. This would be a preference for you and your dog. I understand older dogs may need less than an hour so this range gives you full control and closure to know how long your dogs will be out for. I can also do 1 dog if your dog is reactive to other dogs ext.. This is totally optional for you to choose from as you know your pets better than anyone!

• Transport
I have a full UK driving licence. I drive a Volkswagen Polo with 5 doors. This is ideal for older dogs and seats wouldn't have to be put down! they can jump straight in the back. I have 1 seatbelt and looking to purchase another one soon! this would be ideal for the safety of your pets!

• Availability and how I work.
I’m available on weekdays and weekends for walks and visits. I’m patient with shy, energetic, and senior dogs, and I adapt to each dog’s needs and personality. Safety is my priority during walks and playtime. A typical visit includes feeding, exercise, play, cuddles, and regular updates for owners. I accept small to large friendly dogs and always aim to provide calm, loving, and reliable care.

•Contact
I am very easy to contact via multiple platforms such as, Whatsapp, Messages, Instagram, Telegram etc.. I always have my phone on loud so i am easily reachable for emergencies. If for however reason i do not answer. I can assure you that I will get back to you shortly. I could be with another dog etc..

Regular and routine walks are essential to ensure your pet's quality of life, rain or shine. Dogs need routines and social interaction to learn from humans and other dogs. And I can help you with that. Daily or weekly walks, I can also spend a night with him if you need to be away. Please get in touch and we'll schedule a visit. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.A little about me.My name is Ariane, I am 36 years old, I am Brazilian, and I took a dog walking course there.I used to have two dogs, one medium and one large, and today I miss the affection they bring.Look for the exchange of affection, care, and lessons that humans and dogs can share during walks. I'll be in Pelt until the end of May, so I can guarantee fun and successful outings throughout this period, weekends to be arranged.Don't waste any time and schedule a visit so we can arrange these tours. See you soon! It's important to mention that ideally, dogs should be able to walk in packs, as is natural to them. But each case is treated individually in order to understand and offer the best care for your pet.Respecting rhythm, temperament, and routine whenever possible.

Animals have been my passion for as long as I can remember. From raising and caring for dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles to providing loving attention to pets of all kinds, I understand that every animal has its own unique personality and needs. Whether your dog needs a long walk to burn off energy, your cat needs companionship while you’re away, or your bird or reptile requires specialized care, I am here to help.

I treat every pet as if they were my own, offering not just basic care but genuine love, patience, and understanding. My goal is to ensure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away—whether it’s through playtime, cuddles, or simply being there to offer reassurance.

With years of hands-on experience and a deep love for all animals, you can trust me to provide the best care possible. Get in touch today—because every pet deserves someone who truly cares!
