"Raul did a fantastic job looking after my two rabbits. He followed my instructions well and made sure he checked in with me and sent lots of photos. He was very conscientious about cleaning, putting ice bottles out and making sure the rabbits were active, which was a worry for me during this heatwave. Thank-you"

"We booked Elia to look after our two kittens, Kino and Tucker over a bank holiday weekend away. Elia carried out two visits a day for feeding, litter tray cleaning and general play. We received morning and evening videos of both kittens enjoying some play time and cuddles. Elia was happy to sort the feeding for the two fussy boys that liked alternate food also. Very pleased with the service provided and will return to Elias services if required. 😁 "

"This was our first time having Natasha look after our cat, visiting twice daily whilst we were on holiday. She was the perfect carer; very polite, professional and obviously has a lovely rapport with animals - our cat loved her. We also got full updates and photos from the visits. Highly recommended!"

"We were extremely pleased with Ryan. He was proactive, communicative and asked all the right questions when we met him. Our cat was happy and relaxed around him, and he kept us continuously updated with photos (and some hilarious videos). He also went above and beyond, cleaning our kitchen! Thanks Ryan!"

"A big thank you to Ashley for taking care of our four guinea pigs in their indoor set up over the weekend.
One of our older piggies is on two medications, one of which is bitter- but means she can keep moving. Ashley confirmed regularly that she had been able to give this.
I could see from our indoor cameras that the piggies were happy, and that Ashley had done a great job at cleaning, proving new water, veggies and the hay and other food top ups.
It's great to have someone who can deliver such excellent care and provide syringes medication to an exotic animal.
Thank you, Ashley"
