"Ellie did a fantastic job of looking after our three cats (two adults, one kitten). She is extremely knowledgeable and respectful of their needs. She kept us informed with pictures and write ups to let us know how the cats were doing; which was extremely helpful and gave us piece of mind knowing our cats were being well looked after. The cats really took to her, which is unusual for one of our cats, Molly, because she’s usually very skittish around strangers. Ellie was very adaptable and was able to absorb a lot of information very quickly which was fantastic. I think the timings we agreed on worked well for the cats and Ellie and she was happy to spend a good amount of time with the cats. She was extremely courteous and polite and provided and absolutely fantastic service. We will definitely be using her services again should the need arise! Well done Ellie and thank you very much for taking such good care of our cats!"
