I have great experience of petsitting in Brighton and Hove - it's the best job in the world! I love going for walks, but going without a dog feels a bit strange.

I adore canine company, and understand that dogs respond to calm, confidence and positivity. Your fur baby is safe with me: I’ll talk to them, play with them and always be clued-in to their needs and behaviour.
I often do pet sits via Pawshake, and word of mouth. I have volunteered in dog shelters, where many had behavioural problems and needed special care.&nbsp;
I've just come back from volunteering at a dog shelter in Portugal, where I helped to look after around 90 dogs. I have also been a volunteer at a dog hotel, where I helped to look after (and spoil!) around 30 guests. I also have good experience of walking reactive dogs.

If I'm free, I'm happy to help at short notice.
As well as overnight sits at your home I can offer walking, drop in visits or sitting.

I am a Zoology student at Sussex, with a plethora of experience in and around the world of animal care.
I have an ongoing volunteer role at a Little Furries Rabbit Rescue, a safe haven for rabbits, parrots, pigeons, guinea pigs, and cats. I have been here for about 5 years, but this won't affect my schedule as it's based closer to my parent's house in London.
I have previous experience on a farm so I truly can handle any problem thrown at me! 
I used to dog-sit regularly for a gorgeous dog called Charlie during lockdown when his owner was too sick to properly care for him.
I have had many one off jobs caring for dogs and cats, which I have added to my profile gallery.
I too own a cat and have many dogs in my extended family which I have also cared for on multiple occasions.
My love for animas exudes for any and all in my care and no request is too big!

I'm a full time creative, and I've just moved to Brighton. I work for myself which means I have a good flexibility when it comes to scheduling. I am a musican, artist, model, and clothing designer with a deep love for animals, nature, wild swimming &amp; herbal medicine.&nbsp;As my current tenancy agreement doesn't permit me to have an animal of my own, becoming a pet sitter would enable me to be with animals on a regular basis, and spend more time outside, which can be tricky in my line of work. I often find I spend more time behind a computer, inside a workshop or studio space.&nbsp;I also come from a circus background, and therefor have a high level of physical fitness so am more than capable of keeping up with even the speediest of pets. Hello! My name is Amy, I live in Brighton and have been a huge animal lover for as long as I can remember. I've been trusted to look after my friends and families pets, from hamsters to rabbits, goldfish, dogs, and lots of cats in-between! I have always enjoyed how rewarding it is to look after animals, they make me feel so happy and relaxed - I genuinely love it!I love being there for my clients, and their sweet animals alike. I have a wealth of experience with different dogs and cats. I often like to watch how they settle into their own environment, e.g. if they have a favourite spot, or if they like to be scratched behind the ears! I always hope they will see me like another member of the family so they are as happy and comfortable as possible whilst their owner is away.Long walks are my speciality! We will go on a full, new adventure around the neighbourhood, taking it at your dog's pace. There's lots of things to smell and explore, whilst heading towards large green spaces gives your dog the chance to get out and socialise in their own way. I am passionate about all animals and over the years owned cats, dogs, chickens, geese, hamsters, gerbils, mice, birds, chinchillas and so on…
At present we have 2 dogs, Nala, a German Shepherd is 12 years old and uses a set of nice pink wheels to help her walk which attracts a lot of attention. So I am used to dealing with disabilities with animals too. The little one, Beanie is five , a Pug/French Bulldog and Jack Russell mix is an adorable but typical velcro dog and likes to be on my lap constantly! Pictures on my profile

I have been a dog lover since I was young. Since I came to the UK I have not been able to  see my dog which I left with my parents. For me to become a dog walker will be a win-win situation: I will be able to spend time with dogs and have fresh air for myself while at the same time helping free the schedule of the dog owners.  I'm also a uni student so I just want to get a little bit of extra money in the side without putting at risk my time for studying.
