"What a delightful young man. So polite and friendly. My dog absolutely loved him and he took very good care of her. He looked after the house very well and when I came back he had tidied up and the house was exactly as clean and tidy as when I left. He had taken lots of pictures of him and honey together which I thought was a lovely touch. He was trustworthy and responsible and I will use him again in the future. "

"We felt confident about leaving Molly and Rosie, our two elderly cats, in Karen's care whilst we were away - super important to us as Molly's on meds for a heart condition meaning we don't get away together often. Karen was competent, kindly and brilliant, making sure Molly got her doses and giving us daily updates on her visits. Result?
