"Kathleen is an amazing cat sitter!
She gave us daily updates, shared report cards and went above and beyond in also letting us know when there was something odd with the house (and driving back to check!)
Our 2 girls really like her and she dedicated quality time in playing with them (while some previous sitters would have just fed them and left)
Highly recommended! "

"Highly recommend Gemma for pet services. I’ve honestly never felt so comfortable to leave my house cat whilst on holiday! Gemma is not only communicative, organised and efficient, but she really cares to ensure that the animals emotional welfare comes first. Gemma spent more time than expected giving my cat company. Gemma also fed fish and drew blinds/ turned lights on & off andddd left me with a clean litter tray. I’m so grateful! "

"This was the first time I'd used a pet sitting service so my fur-baby could stay in her own environment for the week I was away but it worked well.
We met Chelsea a couple of times and she asked plenty of questions about the care for Purdy which showed me a real care for making sure Purdy was going to be looked after. Chelsea provided me with little updates on how Purdy was doing, especially when Purdy actually let Chelsea fuss her (she is quite a timid cat and it takes a while for her to agree to being fussed!)
Chelsea came round when I got home to chat through how Purdy had been which was lovely to hear. I came home to a happy cat.
I can highly recommend Chelsea."

"Jack was brilliant with our cat Mochi when we went away. He was flexible about the times he could come round, and clearly spent time fussing and playing with Mochi, who was a very happy cat when we got back. Jack's a veterinary nurse and so is very knowledgeable about animal care. He also went to real efforts to put us at ease about his role as a cat sitter, which was really helpful as we were a bit nervous using one for the first time. We'd highly recommend Jack."

"I cannot recommend Ava highly enough! She recently looked after my cat for a week, and I was so impressed with the care and attention she provided. My cat is very shy and tends to hide from anyone new but Ava approached my cat with such patience and gentleness that within just a couple of days, they started to become friends.
If you have a shy or anxious cat, I can confidently say that Ava knows exactly how to build trust and make them feel safe. I came home to a calm, happy cat, and that says everything. Thank you so much for your amazing care!"

"This was our second time using Claire to look after our cat Bob while we were away and just like before Claire was amazing. She kept us informed on Bob and sent us adorable photos of him. "Natalia was professional and caring from start to finish. My partner and I have two cats - - a very shy old boy and young, rambunctious kitten - - and we needed to leave with a cat sitter for the first time (previously we have left with family). We chose Natalia as she has great reviews. She was very available for a meet and greet, showed up promptly, and when showing her around the house, she asked great questions that showed she was a seasoned professional and was really thinking how to take good care of the cats. Every time we were in contact, both before and during our holiday, she was incredibly quick to respond and always so kind and professional. We were crazy paranoid about the cats escaping when she came into the house each day, and she totally understood our fears and had great ideas of how to keep that from happening. It gave us lots of comfort! During our trip, she sent pictures and updates every day as we had requested, and she clearly was making our cats very happy. Even our very shy cat enjoyed cuddles from Natalia, a sign that she is a true, patient animal lover. Our house was as clean as we left it when we returned and our boys clearly very happy with the week they'd had. Natalia was our first cat sitter we have ever used and no doubt she will be our go-to for every holiday going forward! I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cat sitter with a heart for animals."

"This is our first experience of PawShake. We were let down at the last minute by another pet sitter and amazingly found Chloe within the hour!
Chloe came round a little later, met the cats and took the keys. We were very comfortable with her and also the fact that she is a vet, made us feel truly reassured.
She sent us updates throughout the weekend. Upon our return, everything was left in good order and the cats were very relaxed and happy.
We will certainly use Chloe again!"

"Pam was fantastic in looking after all our pets and I would recommend her highly! From the moment I met her, and she met our pets, I knew that our 2 cats and 2 rabbits would be looked after well. Pam is quick in her correspondence and punctual for all our meetings which helped with ensuring smooth organisation (helpful when you're focussing on your holiday plans!). She sent us regular updates and photos of our pets, which meant that I could rest assured that they were looked after well, and could enjoy our holiday. She even got our shyest cat to come out and say hello, and that our house rabbits didn't turn the whole place into their hatch (a small miracle as they've always managed to create a huge mess!). Would definitely use her again in the future, and recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter."
