"I love how Paola pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew my little Nel: from her treats and her routine down to the way she likes to play ball. I never worried a minute while I was out of town because she had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that my little Nel didn’t have to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in her own routine at home. I would HIGHLY recommend Paola and her pet sitting services to ALL my friends. Don’t even worry about stressing or planning for a trip to the kennel, just let Paola come over and take care of your little family at home. "Catherine was absolutely amazing with my three dogs during a last-minute dog sit! Quick response to my initial query. She came by a few days beforehand to meet me and the dogs and took detailed notes on their needs, especially since one of my pups had an injured foot. Throughout her stay, she sent me videos and updates, which was so reassuring. She also returned the key promptly the day after the sit. Thank you so much, Catherine! I would definitely use your services again. "

"This was the first time we used a catsitter and Faye was the best person to fill in this role! We arranged a meet & greet before we went on holiday, and our cat was immediately drawn to Faye, which never happens with strangers at first! Faye listened to everything we had asked of her prior to our leave. During her visits, our house was secure which was definitely reassuring! She even sent updates and photographs with our babycat on Whatsapp (without us asking), giving us both peace of mind as we've never done this before! My cat enjoyed her visits, the photos showed them being cuddly and affectionate, which definitely helped ease my nerves knowing that babycat was in safe hands. I could not recommend Faye enough! We'll definitely be in touch again :)"
