I am a responsible and caring animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs and small animals. I live in Milton Keynes right now, and own a vehicle so I can reach you easily within a reasonable distance.&nbsp;
My parents have two dogs in China—a senior dog aged 12 and a younger french bull dog aged 5—so I am familiar with caring for dogs of different ages, temperaments, and needs, including senior dogs who require extra patience and attention. I also used to volunteere at Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary in Bristol, where I supported the care of walking rescued dogs and learned the importance of safety, compassion, and reliability when working with animals.&nbsp;
The reason I want to be a pet sitter is because I really miss my dogs in China. I want to have my own dog here in the UK. However, considering that I might change my job in the near future, it is not appropriate for me to have a dog right now. So I think it is a brilliant idea to work as a dog walker. Both myself and the dogs can enjoy a bit more of accompany. 
In the UK, I am the owner of a bunny who is almost four years old, which has further strengthened my understanding of daily animal care, routines, and wellbeing. 
I am attentive, patient, and genuinely enjoy building trust with animals, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away.&nbsp;&nbsp;


I am currently a teacher who is maternity leave and looking at changing my direction of work. I have got two dogs of my own and love meeting other dogs when out of the house. One of them can be quite nervous, so I have a few tactics to help those who may also be nervous when out on walks. I also have a very young baby and would like him to get used to dogs and animals as they are very much part of our lives. Over my life, I have had rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamsters, cats and dogs as well as looking after my friends cats and mice. 
I am always looking after my in laws dogs as well as other family members animals. I am always carrying around dog treats, so I am someone who puts on a new coat and can guarantee there is a poo bag or treats hiding in there somewhere. 

I am offering dog walking and home visits within my services. During the dog walking sessions, it will only be your dog. They will have lots of enrichment within the walk from long sniff times and some on the spot basic sit and down stays with treats as rewards. Any allergies will need to be noted before walking. I will aim to walk your dog anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the size and requirements of your dog. Dependent on location, I enjoy a more rural dog walk, where they have lots of grass to walk through and lots to stimulate their senses. 
Whilst in the drop ins, I am happy to see to other animals you may have, such as cats, Guinea pigs and hamsters. I haven't had any experience with birds or ferrets, however would be happy to provide them with food or water. I can also water plants and put any Mail into a designated space in the house. One drop in a day would see me dropping into your house between 9-12 and then two drop ins would be between 9-12 and 3-6. If you have an early morning drop in, you will then have an early evening drop in. I aim to spend 30-45 minutes (if one to two pets)or a little longer if you have more than two animals, making sure they have a trip to the toilet and some play time outside. I am also happy to create any enrichment activities, like snuffle mats, if this is something you would require. 

I am a caring and reliable pet sitter based in Bedford and a dog owner myself. I have two dogs (3 and 10 years old), so I understand different needs, energy levels and daily routines. I also financially support two dogs at a shelter, reflecting my genuine commitment to animal care.

I will also provide updates and photos if you would like them. If your pet needs oral medication I will administer it as long as it can be added to their food or they will take it without much fuss - you'll just need to give me clear instructions.
I share my home with my 12-year-old cat, Totoro, who is a much-loved and very pampered companion. She probably eats better than I do!

Things like off lead walking if recall is good ,or on lead if preferred and long or short walks depending on your dogs needs. I am quite experienced in animals behaviour and health due to multiple years of studying which i see as a key aspect in keeping your pets as happy as they can be during these visits and walks. During home visits your house will be treated with the uttermost respect. I am also happy to send pictures and updates on your pet during these visits and walks so you can see how they are getting on.

Hi I'm Hannah, I'm 28 and I live in Milton Keynes, moved here back in April. Unfortunately I can't have pets at home but I love cats and dogs. I have always had cats growing up as a kid, and often can be seen in a cat car. I have dog sat for family and friends, and would often walk my neighbours dogs including a frenchie and a collie. I work in medical devices specialising in transfusion but am often working from home and looking for an excuse to get out for a lunch time walk. I also love walking on the weekends! My hobbies include, walking, HIIT, coffee and cake, paint by numbers and reading. I'm happy to walk or just sit in and play/keep them company. I joined because I really miss being around animals.
