"Ellie did a fantastic job of looking after our three cats (two adults, one kitten). She is extremely knowledgeable and respectful of their needs. She kept us informed with pictures and write ups to let us know how the cats were doing; which was extremely helpful and gave us piece of mind knowing our cats were being well looked after. The cats really took to her, which is unusual for one of our cats, Molly, because she’s usually very skittish around strangers.
Ellie was very adaptable and was able to absorb a lot of information very quickly which was fantastic. I think the timings we agreed on worked well for the cats and Ellie and she was happy to spend a good amount of time with the cats. She was extremely courteous and polite and provided and absolutely fantastic service. We will definitely be using her services again should the need arise! Well done Ellie and thank you very much for taking such good care of our cats!"

" Hannah is the best sitter we have ever had!
It’s the first time Iv left my cats for a week straight and Hannah instantly made me feel at ease. She offered to come to the house to pre meet the cats and ask questions about their needs. Instantly I felt I was leaving the cats with someone who was knowledgeable as Hannah asked all the right questions and was kind in getting to know them.
While we were away Hannah left us updates every day which meant I could enjoy my holiday to the max not once chasing for an update. I noticed fresh water, clean food and very clean litter box on my return (which with previous sitters has not been the case).
Additionally Hannah went above in beyond by taking our bins out without being asked and offering to water our plants and take in our parcels. Hannah really is professional and leaves a house in perfect condition which was the icing to a perfect holiday.
The cats on our return seemed very relaxed as in the past they have been timid to come down but really connected with Hannah and ran to the door to see if she was there.
I cannot wait to re book Hannah and have perfect peace of mind our babies will have the best care. I would recommend Hannah to all our friends and family with any fury friends for the best care.

"I felt great about leaving our cat and house under Charli's care while we were away for the weekend. Charli came for a meet and greet beforehand to find out more and she was so friendly and helpful. Her communication while we were away was brilliant, sending us daily updates about our cat. She has been so easy to communicate communicate throughout and is so kind and friendly - I have booked a number of other dates with her and would always use her as our cat sitter now :)"

"Celine met my dog for the first time a few days before my trip and Foxy warmed to her instantly. She has a nose for friendly people and certainly liked Celine's energy.
From an owner's perspective, Celine was respectful of my home, flexible in the timing of her visits and keen to work to Foxy's routine. She sent regular updates and photos which I really appreciated.

"Alena took really good care of my three cats. They were all chilled and happy when I came home, particularly my eldest cat who was super zen which made me so happy. Alena made sure all of their needs were met, from the different food, the places to eat, and who has supplements. She clearly cares and she does a thorough job. It's such a relief to get someone like Alena. I hope she's available next time I go away. 🙏😻"
