"Catherine was absolutely amazing with my three dogs during a last-minute dog sit! Quick response to my initial query. She came by a few days beforehand to meet me and the dogs and took detailed notes on their needs, especially since one of my pups had an injured foot. Throughout her stay, she sent me videos and updates, which was so reassuring. She also returned the key promptly the day after the sit. Thank you so much, Catherine! "It was my first time trying a pet sitter. We have three cats over 12 years old who are shy and scared to meet a stranger. I have booked Andrew for a day home visit. One of my cats, the most shy and nervous one, loves to play with him without hesitation during his visit. Andrew is responsible and reliable in taking care of my cats. He helps us clean the litter thoroughly and even sends photos and video clips for updates. We'll undoubtedly book his service again. "
