Hi, I’m Fran — a lifelong dog lover based in Harpenden. I offer genuine home-from-home care for your dog in a relaxed, clean and loving environment.
I live in a tidy, comfortable house with a large, fully secure garden that’s perfect for playtime. I’m at home during the day with my two friendly dogs — a gentle Golden Retriever called Greyson and a small Jack Russell called Ginger — so your pup will have great company while they’re here.
I only ever take one client’s dog at a time, which means your dog gets my full attention, love, and care. Whether your dog enjoys countryside walks, a game of fetch, or curling up somewhere cosy, I’ll make sure they feel completely at home and part of the family. 
I only take dogs that are well socialised and get on with other dogs. All dogs must be fully vaccinated. 

I’ve always believed that pets aren’t just animals — they’re family. Growing up in India, I had a dog who was like a brother to me. Even though I don’t have a dog right now, my bond with animals runs deep. I love spending time around pets and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away.
I’m detail-oriented, patient, and genuinely enjoy learning each pet’s unique personality. Whether it’s playing, going for walks, or just chilling together, I’m all in. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs back home, and I understand how important it is to follow each pet’s specific needs and routines.
I only accept fully vaccinated pets because their health and safety come first. My motivation as a pet sitter is simple: I want to make life easier for pet owners while giving pets the best possible care and company.

As a pet owner trusting someone to take care of your pet is important, but also having someone understand how important they are to your family dynamic is equally as important. Growing up in a family that always has pets, being around and taking care of them is second nature to me. I'm 38, married and a dad of two lovely boys (7 and 3) and a Cat called Piper (2 years old). I'm currently flexible Monday - Friday in the evenings after work and at weekends. I'm Available for stay overs, house sitting, walks only, sit- ins and general pet company as needed. I'm Not currently available for overnight pet boarding but happy to care for your pet at my home during the day as I also work from home frequently. We have a house with a large open kitchen diner leading into a large, fully fenced safe garden, plenty of room to run around and have fun. Based in Hertford in Hertfordshire. Passionate about keeping fit I regularly sync dog walks with my routine and I care for our extended family's dog Sydney during the day regularly. I used to own cats back in Australia (two British Shorthairs!), so I know exactly how important it is to find someone who’ll treat your cat like family. I’m here to make sure your kitty feels comfortable, happy, and loved while you’re away!
I’ve had lots of experience caring for cats, so whether it’s sticking to their feeding routine, playing with them, or just giving them some quiet cuddle time, I’ve got it covered. For outdoor cats, I do ask that they be vaccinated for everyone’s safety. But if your cat is an indoor-only kitty, I’m more flexible—even if they’ve missed a couple of shots. I just want to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable!
I also treat your home like my own—keeping it nice and tidy and respecting any rules or preferences you have for your pet and space. If you’re looking for a caring, reliable cat sitter who will make your kitty feel right at home and follow your house rules, I’d love to help out!&nbsp;
