"We had a great experience with Jo. She looked after our very shy cat for a few days, and it was clear she was patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about making her feel comfortable. We really appreciated the regular updates which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Her empathy and thoughtful approach made all the difference, and we came home to a happy, well-cared-for cat. "Josh looked after our 3 pets (2 cats and an elderly dog) during our holidays abroad (3 times a day). He kept us updated daily with pictures and was also very responsive to our messages. The animals had a good bond with him, and he went above and beyond the agreed tasks to make ensure our dog's well-being.
We felt very reassured that our animals were well looked after during our time away. We'll definitely book Josh again next time we go for holiday and fully recommend him.
