"Carmel was a wonderful cat sitter for Luna. She was warm, friendly and communicative throughout, sending regular updates and lovely photos which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Luna is usually very cautious around strangers, so we were delighted that she warmed up to Carmel so quickly. Carmel has such a calm, gentle nature that Luna clearly felt comfortable with her, which meant a lot to us. It’s always a bit nerve wracking leaving your pet and home in the hands of someone you’ve just met, but Lee was fantastic. Was very professional and communication was great, with a proper introduction before we left making sure of any intricacies or specifics we wanted to daily updates and videos on how our cat was doing.
