"A huge thank you to Ceri for taking great care of my gerbils and hamsters whilst I went away for a week on holiday. It's the longest I've been away for a while so I was anxious about how everyone would be but Ceri took great care of everyone with daily check-ins. She sent me a daily photo update over WhatsApp which was really appreciated and administered a little medication to my gerbils on a small piece of fruit. Lovely friendly kind manner and would highly recommend."

"What a delightful young man. So polite and friendly. My dog absolutely loved him and he took very good care of her. He looked after the house very well and when I came back he had tidied up and the house was exactly as clean and tidy as when I left. "I am so glad I found Florian and her adorable daughter to look after our cat Lady. She was quite scared at first but they both knew what to do to gain her trust so I regularly received beyond cut pictures of Lady enjoying cuddle sessions, and I know she looks forward to see them again. "A big thank you to Ashley for taking care of our four guinea pigs in their indoor set up over the weekend.
One of our older piggies is on two medications, one of which is bitter- but means she can keep moving. Ashley confirmed regularly that she had been able to give this.
I could see from our indoor cameras that the piggies were happy, and that Ashley had done a great job at cleaning, proving new water, veggies and the hay and other food top ups.
It's great to have someone who can deliver such excellent care and provide syringes medication to an exotic animal.
