"Jacob has done an excellent job by looking after my lovely cats. I have been unable to respond to him an emergency situation, however Jacob handled the situation well as he really cares about cats, due to that he had gone to the extra mile to provide quality care for Cassius. He was also kind to leave the property in great shape. I am looking forward to book Jacob again. He also managed to befriend Hera, my most shy cat. Thanks Jacob!"

"Josh looked after our 3 pets (2 cats and an elderly dog) during our holidays abroad (3 times a day). He kept us updated daily with pictures and was also very responsive to our messages. The animals had a good bond with him, and he went above and beyond the agreed tasks to make ensure our dog's well-being. We felt very reassured that our animals were well looked after during our time away. We'll definitely book Josh again next time we go for holiday and fully recommend him. "
