"We are so grateful for Pik Yiu’s help looking after our 4 cats while we were away on a 4-day trip. From the very first message, she was friendly, attentive and organised. We received daily updates which made us feel completely at ease. Our cats all have very different personalities, but she handled each of them with patience and care. Even the shy ones warmed up to her!
We came home to happy, relaxed cats and a tidy home. It was clear they were very well cared for and loved while we were gone. We would absolutely recommend Pik Yiu to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and caring pet sitter. Thank you so much again! 🐾"

"Eira and Leo were fantastic at looking after my cat when I went on holiday over Christmas. They were very reliable and friendly. "We went away for just over two weeks and left our five cats in Kaviratna’s care and she was amazing. She dropped by our home twice a day and made sure all of our cats were fed and given some attention as well as having their litter boxes cleaned.
Kaviratna kept us updated and sent us photos regularly which meant we were always at ease. We’d highly recommend Kaviratna and now feel a lot more comfortable leaving the cats for prolonged periods in the future - will 100% use her services again!"

Candy looked after our cat and our house for 10 days, which was not an easy task as our cat gets extremely anxious when we are away. She came twice a day to feed her, cleaned littler boxes, cleared all the unfortunate accidents outside the litter boxes and occasional hairball vomit. But she also extended the visits to let her outside, played with her and brushed her :-) We got regular updates and lovely photos. We came back to a happy cat. We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter than Candy and hope she can look after our cat in the future!"

"Laura was exceptional from start to finish. While we were away, our cat Joey became unwell and Laura went far above and beyond anything we could have expected. She made multiple vet visits on our behalf, including an out-of-hours emergency appointment where she spent hours waiting with him to make sure he received the care he needed.
She also made extra visits to check on him, kept us updated throughout, and showed genuine care, kindness and dedication at every stage. Being away while your pet is ill is incredibly stressful, but Laura’s communication, compassion and willingness to do whatever was needed gave us enormous peace of mind.
It was clear that Joey was in the very best hands. We cannot thank Laura enough for everything she did and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring and truly exceptional pet sitter."
