"We couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our 6-month-old puppy, Poppy. Jay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring in every little detail.
From the moment we left Poppy with her, we felt completely at ease. Jay kept us updated every single day with photos and videos, which meant so much to us and really helped us relax knowing Poppy was happy and in such good hands. It was clear from the updates just how much love and attention Poppy was receiving.
Jay really took the time to understand Poppy’s needs and personality, and it showed. She made sure Poppy felt comfortable, settled, and well cared for, and even helped her build confidence around other dogs. It’s obvious that Jay doesn’t just “look after” pets—she truly cares for them as if they were her own.
We’re incredibly grateful for the level of care, warmth, and reassurance Jay provided. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to leave Poppy with her again, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate.

"We are very great full to Eve and her family for taking such good care of our Fefe. She was treated part of their family and have such sweet pics of her sitting in their laps, enjoying garden and sun and playing piano with them … it was really very reassuring that we left her with such good family. "Jessica is a true animal lover. Lucca had a wonderful week with her. She sent super photos and videos of the walks Lucca went on. She gave him plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Lucca bonded with her very well indeed. I think she is a superb dog carer and I will definitely use her again."

"HONESTLY. Please look no further than this amazing couple!! Not only were they so helpful at a last minute request for them to have monty. They were so kind, communicated quickly and gave us constant updates on how things were going. In all honesty i am not sure our dog wanted to come home. Not only would a recommend. "Tiya, our 12 year young Spaniel, loved her week’s stay with Charley, especially her large garden - very much enjoying being able to sunbathe and come & go as she wanted via the dog flap. Wonderful doggy walks were provided to different places, and lots of doggy sniffs (very important to a Spaniel!) including water and sand .. Virginia Water, Horsell Common, Heather Farm Wetlands to name a few.
Well done Charley; hope little Albert isn’t missing his new friend… she’ll be back soon as I’m booking again for next month

"Hima is an absolutely amazing dog sitter, and I feel so lucky to have found her to take care of Milo. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely at ease with her calm, friendly demeanor and obvious love for animals. Milo can be a bit particular, but he warmed up to her right away, which instantly told me he was in good hands.
One of the things I appreciate most about Hima is how communicative she is. She sends loads of pictures throughout the day, which I absolutely love—it’s such a nice way to stay connected to Milo while I’m away. Whether he’s out on a walk, relaxing at home, or playing with toys, Hima always captures the moment and keeps me in the loop. It’s clear that she really gets how much pet parents value that kind of care and attention.
Beyond the updates, I’ve come to really trust Hima. She’s incredibly dependable, responsible, and always makes sure Milo’s routine is followed closely. I can tell she genuinely enjoys spending time with him, and that means the world to me. Every time Milo stays with her, he comes back happy, well-exercised, and calm—which is exactly what I hope for.

"Wonderful Car & Excellent Service For Reggie
At relatively short notice Rebecca was able to accommodate boarding my Dachshund Reggie. Great meet and greet to ensure it was a good match for both of us. During Reggie's stay I had regular updates showing him settling in, having fun on walks and play with other Dachshund's. It was clear that he was well cared for and genuinely happy.

"Simon was absolutely wonderful with Scout while I was away on holiday. Scout instantly bonded with Simon’s lovely dog, Pippin, and the two became fast friends.
Simon kept me updated with messages and photos, gave her her medication and a home from home and it was clear Scout was happy, relaxed, and well cared for .
