"I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Pawshake. Jaana the dog carer is awesome- a natural dog lover who is very experienced in looking after different breeds and gives her full attention to the needs of the dog. She is a good communicator went above the call of duty in taking care of my fury one, Karna whilst we were abroad for 11 days, and her updates greatly helped to ease my mind. She is very dedicated to her job as a carer which I strongly feel is very rare to find amongst carers. She is an absolute ‘gem’ and is apparent that she loves what she does. A carer like her is a great asset to the Pawshake organisation!! She has a sweet temperament, common sense and a high level of patience and understanding. On my return journey my car broke down and I got a bit delayed to pick my dog and Jaana was very understanding and reassured me that not to worry and she would wait for me.
I am very happy to mention that in the future Jaana would be my first choice to be my dog carer unless she is not available. Karna had a lovely time with Jaana’s dogs and he was missing their company even after we returned home. I am very happy and satisfied with Jaana’s care. With no hesitation I can recommend Jaana to anyone.

" Catalina and her lovely boyf are the best dog sitters Bud has ever had. I had loads of photos and updates showing me he was being loved and spoiled. He was returned to me happy, glossy, healthy and well exercised! And Catalina was really helpful and flexible about pickup and collection times which made life/flights/taxis so much less stressful. "Eden and Jun'te were absolutely brilliant with Mabel our Springer Spaniel and will now be my go to sitters for any future bookings.
This was Mabel's first experience of at home boarding (having previously stayed in kennels) and she appeared to be much happier with this arrangement.
She was allowed to settle in at her own pace and she was soon confident around her new friends,
She was also exercised for much longer than her kennel stay, which was much appreciated for our very active girl.
Communication from Eden and Jun'te was amazing, with pics and updates daily. This again was something we had not previously experienced and the reassurance of seeing Mabel happy and smiling was priceless.
I highly recommend Eden and Jun'te to anyone looking to board their precious pouch in a safe and loving environment.

"Our dogs had a lovely time. We got regular updates and photos, but were not bombarded with them so we could enjoy our holiday. One of our dogs needs regular medication, which was administered on time (which is not always easy with a fussy, head strong dog). We particularly liked the way the dogs were welcomed into a house with other dogs and were treated as part of the family. There were no rules around not going on sofas and slept where they felt comfortable, just like a home from home experience. Will definitely use again."

"Pluto had a wonderful time with Sarah. He went for walks, had lots of playtime, Sarah sent me photos of Pluto playing, walking and relaxing around her house and I had no concerns whatsoever whilst I was away. "Gemma was absolutely terrific. We were pretty terrified with using an app to find someone but we couldn’t have been more comfortable the second we started chatting with Gemma - she was super friendly, professional and communicative. We had quite a giggle with all the fun the dogs were having with her and the fabulous updates and photos. We will absolutely be sending our two pointers for another holiday with Gemma. She is a gem!"

"Alicja is a great sitter and an avid animal lover. I left my dog with her for 7 nights and throughout this period she ensured to keep us posted with photos and videos of our dog. She took good care of our dog and used to take them for regular walks to parks and riverside. She is very kind and easy to reach and everytime available whenever I needed her. I highly recommend her and personally would always avail her service whenever I have to leave my dog in boarding."
