"We needed a 3-night stay for our elderly, severely sight-impaired, slightly doddery, but nevertheless still springer-like female Sprocker. We came to London from the South West for my wife to do the London Marathon. We had a ‘get to know you’ visit with Katrina back in January. During the actual stay Katrina was very welcoming, familiarising our dog with lead walks around the garden initially until she had ‘mapped’ the layout and was able to find her way around fairly independently. During the stay Katrian updated us about her settling in well and sent several photos over the 3 day period, including our dog taking over one of her own Spaniels bed!! We came away with a small gift-wrapped bags of treats.
We were very pleased with the high level of service given by Katrina and would not hesitate to book with her again."

"Our 6 months old Puppy stayed with Lucas&Windy for over a week. We received regular photo / video updates and we could see our little boy having a great time. He was taken out everyday which he enjoyed. Very responsive and prompt in communication before / during and after the boarding. "

"Our older Dalmatian is very used to lots of love and attention with a busy house around her. She requires medication and this is always a stress for us, often choosing not to go away to make sure she’s ok. Hadley was amazing with her, reassuring us with an introductory visit and made sure we were updated with her settling in. When we collected her she was clearly very comfortable and happy, which is lovely to see. Thank you so much, from overbearing dog parents, for the reassurances and excellent care "

"Nicky looked after Sonny really well. Communication was first class and she sent several great photos over the week showing he was happy and being well cared for. "Jackie took care of our dog Ada during our 10-day vacation, and we are so happy with her service that we are making her our primary doggy sitter.
Jackie was very communicative and accommodating to our and Ada's needs. She took Ada on regular walks through lovely green spaces (and provided us with lots of pictures!). Her dog Alfie is very cute and sweet and got along well with ours.
We noticed Ada missed Jackie and Alfie so much after we picked her up. She really enjoyed her own little vacation!

"The moment we met Amanda for the meet and greet we were immediately at ease, you can straight away feel the nurturing side of Amanda. She made us and Bogdan (our dog)
feel welcomed. She looked after Bogdan as if it was her own dog and we received update daily on his wellbeing which we loved. Amanda followed our routine on how we looked after Bogdan. Although Bogdan was distressed most of the night as we were not there and he probably missed us, it did not fuss Amanda and she did everything to make our dog comfortable. You can clearly see Amanda has lots of love for animals and she is pet sitting with pure intentions. I will 100% recommend her service and I hope to use the service again. If anyone is thinking of using Amanda’s services then please do not hesitate as your pet will be looked after in comfortable environment with lots of love. "We had an overseas trip, and the arrangement for doggy boarding with Chloe was rather last minute (met her for a meet and greet just a week before our trip!). Nonetheless, she was friendly and professional and has a lovely flat. Our dog (Harry) seemed to really like Chloe's flat and was playing with her dog, Ringo, during our meet and greet session. Chloe sent me daily updates of Harry and also pictures of him with Ringo; they seemed to be best of friends now! Chloe also gave Harry a nice doggy bath before we collected him home. I would definitely recommend Chloe as a pet sitter!"
