"Joanne was amazing; from communicating with her to arrange the initial intro meeting to her regular 'pupdates' whilst we were away, Joanne was very forthcoming. For the 10 days that Scout stayed with her, Joanne took her in as a member of her family; she took the time and patience to gently coax our slightly nervous dog until she was completely comfortable. It was like a home from home for Scout, in fact I think Scout is really missing Joanne since we got home! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joanne's dog boarding service and will be definitely asking Joanne if Scout can stay with her again."

"Leaving our little Yorkie(Leia) with Katie was a really good experience for our dog and for us! She suggested we meet before the dog boarding started and I got to meet her and her lovely little dog before hand. It gave me great confidence and I felt happy to leave Leia with her, Katie is lovely. She had Leia for almost 12 days and we had great communication from her and pictures/videos. We were nervous to leave her that long but when we picked her up she was happy. Thanks so so much Katie. 🙂"

"We have a very lively Cocker Spaniel and so I am usually quite anxious about leaving him places that he is unfamiliar with. Denzil was brilliant with him, walked him endlessly, and took such good care of him. He came back absolutely exhausted! We got daily updates with pictures and videos which helped put us at ease. Denzil was extremely flexible and kept him an extra day due to me messing up our flights! Denzil is professional and a clear animal lover. 100% recommend and will definitely be using Denzil's dog care services again. Thank you so much!"

"Emma and her family are so sweet. I left my dog before catching a flight. Location is very convenient, close to Heathrow! They took well care of Mikasa. It was for me a great plus to have such a big garden and close to parks, plus having another dog, cause mine loves company! She was updating me properly and replying quickly. Thanks for everything. "

"I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Pawshake. Jaana the dog carer is awesome- a natural dog lover who is very experienced in looking after different breeds and gives her full attention to the needs of the dog. She is a good communicator went above the call of duty in taking care of my fury one, Karna whilst we were abroad for 11 days, and her updates greatly helped to ease my mind. She is very dedicated to her job as a carer which I strongly feel is very rare to find amongst carers. She is an absolute ‘gem’ and is apparent that she loves what she does. A carer like her is a great asset to the Pawshake organisation!! She has a sweet temperament, common sense and a high level of patience and understanding. On my return journey my car broke down and I got a bit delayed to pick my dog and Jaana was very understanding and reassured me that not to worry and she would wait for me.
I am very happy to mention that in the future Jaana would be my first choice to be my dog carer unless she is not available. Karna had a lovely time with Jaana’s dogs and he was missing their company even after we returned home. I am very happy and satisfied with Jaana’s care. With no hesitation I can recommend Jaana to anyone.

"I can't recommend Neil enough! From our initial meet, to our dogs 1 week stay, professional throughout. Neil has a really calm, inviting and dog friendly house with direct access to his garden. It was perfect for my dog as I wanted it to mimic being at 'home' as best possible so he'd feel comfortable when we had to leave him. Neil's very friendly dog also helped Reilly feel at ease in the new environment as well. He updated us daily with pictures and videos which helped reassure us our dog was doing fine. He had Reilly over the recent weeks heatwave which couldn't of been easy but Neil made sure to take him our extra early so it was cool and then a further 2 short walks later on in the day. We had to leave extra early for the airport and Neil even collected our dog from our house (for a small fee) which really helped us out! We go away a lot and I have to say Neil is one of the best boarders we've used and we'll definitely be using him again."

" Catalina and her lovely boyf are the best dog sitters Bud has ever had. I had loads of photos and updates showing me he was being loved and spoiled. "Barney went to Charlotte for a 7 day break whilst we went away on holiday. Having met Charlotte for the first time on our meet and greet I had every confidence that Barney would be well cared for. During his stay I received daily photos highlighting numerous and varied walks. In photos he always looked very content and enjoying the company of Charlotte’s dog Marli. Barney had a great stay. "Miranda and her family kindly looked after our 4 month old German short haired pointer puppy Scout for 10 days while we were on holiday. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and it was worth every penny knowing our puppy was in such good hands. She has a very welcoming home, and went through what our routine was and spent time settling Scout in 1 to 1. It was lovely that the dogs she cares for are such a part of family life. Miranda sent us daily updates with photos on what they were doing and Scout looked to be having a great time with lots of walks. When I came to pick her up it was clear she had been very well looked after and had really benefitted from spending the time with the family and her dogs as role models too in a home from home. I would definitely go back to Miranda and her family again in the future."
