"We left our dog with Ana and Alberto for a week and couldn’t have been happier with the care they provided. Despite our short notice, they were incredibly accommodating and kindly arranged a meet-and-greet and viewing beforehand, which immediately put us at ease.
Throughout our trip, they kept us updated with regular messages, photos and videos, giving us complete peace of mind. It was clear that our dog was receiving plenty of love, attention, and excellent care. When we returned, our dog was happy, relaxed and content.
We would absolutely book with Ana and Alberto again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and trustworthy dog sitters."

"Rob took care of my dog while I was away on holiday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. He was incredibly kind, reliable, and clearly loves dogs. My dog was very happy and well looked after the entire time, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. My dog also had great walks with him, rested well, and seemed very comfortable the whole time. Everything was just perfect!!
Rob is truly one of the most wonderful dog sitters I have ever met. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their dog. I will definitely book him again in the future!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our 6-month-old puppy, Poppy. Jay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring in every little detail.
From the moment we left Poppy with her, we felt completely at ease. Jay kept us updated every single day with photos and videos, which meant so much to us and really helped us relax knowing Poppy was happy and in such good hands. It was clear from the updates just how much love and attention Poppy was receiving.
Jay really took the time to understand Poppy’s needs and personality, and it showed. She made sure Poppy felt comfortable, settled, and well cared for, and even helped her build confidence around other dogs. It’s obvious that Jay doesn’t just “look after” pets—she truly cares for them as if they were her own.

"I had a great experience with Dihitha. She was very polite and always replied to my messages very quickly, which kept me updated about what my dog was doing throughout the day. Her responses were prompt and reassuring. The carer's location is also very convenient for the Hounslow area, making drop-off and pick-up easy. "Tiya, our 12 year young Spaniel, loved her week’s stay with Charley, especially her large garden - very much enjoying being able to sunbathe and come & go as she wanted via the dog flap. Wonderful doggy walks were provided to different places, and lots of doggy sniffs (very important to a Spaniel!) including water and sand .. Virginia Water, Horsell Common, Heather Farm Wetlands to name a few.
Well done Charley; hope little Albert isn’t missing his new friend… she’ll be back soon as I’m booking again for next month

"HONESTLY. Please look no further than this amazing couple!! Not only were they so helpful at a last minute request for them to have monty. They were so kind, communicated quickly and gave us constant updates on how things were going. In all honesty i am not sure our dog wanted to come home. Not only would a recommend. "Jessica is a true animal lover. Lucca had a wonderful week with her. She sent super photos and videos of the walks Lucca went on. She gave him plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Lucca bonded with her very well indeed. I think she is a superb dog carer and I will definitely use her again."

"We left our dog for two weeks — it’s quite a long time, and we were worried about how he would feel during this period. "I’m very happy with Ugur’s service. Our dog BenBen is 18 months old and very, very energetic. I work from home and usually take him with us everywhere, so he’s rarely left alone for more than half a day. When we had to board him for seven days, I was a bit worried about how he would settle.
It was such a relief to see the photos Ugur sent, showing BenBen sleeping on the sofa with his belly up, relaxed like he is at home. When I picked him up, he looked really happy. Thanks so much to Ugur for taking care of BenBen so well — we’ll definitely use the service again."
