"Melek looked after our dog Lucy while we were out of the country for a week. They were brilliant and took very good care of Lucy. They communicated well and dealt with any issues that arose. "Holly and her partner James were so great with my staffy Skye. From the get go Holly was really kind and quick with her replies. Their previous experience with dogs really helped. They understood Skye's needs and took care of all my requests. Someone was always there to take care of Skye and he got constant playtime and cuddles along with treats! They were very accommodating and understanding. She was very flexible with the timings as well. She gave regular updates which was also very reassuring. Skye had a great time and we would definitely book with Holly again! "

"Hima is an absolutely amazing dog sitter, and I feel so lucky to have found her to take care of Milo. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely at ease with her calm, friendly demeanor and obvious love for animals. Milo can be a bit particular, but he warmed up to her right away, which instantly told me he was in good hands.
One of the things I appreciate most about Hima is how communicative she is. She sends loads of pictures throughout the day, which I absolutely love—it’s such a nice way to stay connected to Milo while I’m away. Whether he’s out on a walk, relaxing at home, or playing with toys, Hima always captures the moment and keeps me in the loop. It’s clear that she really gets how much pet parents value that kind of care and attention.
Beyond the updates, I’ve come to really trust Hima. She’s incredibly dependable, responsible, and always makes sure Milo’s routine is followed closely. I can tell she genuinely enjoys spending time with him, and that means the world to me. Every time Milo stays with her, he comes back happy, well-exercised, and calm—which is exactly what I hope for.

"Joanne was amazing; from communicating with her to arrange the initial intro meeting to her regular 'pupdates' whilst we were away, Joanne was very forthcoming. For the 10 days that Scout stayed with her, Joanne took her in as a member of her family; she took the time and patience to gently coax our slightly nervous dog until she was completely comfortable. It was like a home from home for Scout, in fact I think Scout is really missing Joanne since we got home! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joanne's dog boarding service and will be definitely asking Joanne if Scout can stay with her again."

"Tiya, our 12 year young Spaniel, loved her week’s stay with Charley, especially her large garden - very much enjoying being able to sunbathe and come & go as she wanted via the dog flap. Wonderful doggy walks were provided to different places, and lots of doggy sniffs (very important to a Spaniel!) including water and sand .. Virginia Water, Horsell Common, Heather Farm Wetlands to name a few.
Well done Charley; hope little Albert isn’t missing his new friend… she’ll be back soon as I’m booking again for next month

"We left our dog for two weeks — it’s quite a long time, and we were worried about how he would feel during this period. But everything turned out great: Luiza took good care of him, took him on nice walks, sent us photos every day, and he came back happy, clean, and healthy. "Leaving our little Yorkie(Leia) with Katie was a really good experience for our dog and for us! She suggested we meet before the dog boarding started and I got to meet her and her lovely little dog before hand. It gave me great confidence and I felt happy to leave Leia with her, Katie is lovely. She had Leia for almost 12 days and we had great communication from her and pictures/videos.
