"Natalia was a superb dog sitter in our house. She communicated with us daily sending photographs and messages about our dog which made us feel really reassured. When we returned our dog was happy and healthy and had clearly been very well looked after. Also our house was spotless with a vase of flowers! We really could not have asked for anything more. "Millie looked after Harry at my house for two weeks while I was away on holiday. From our first telephone call, then meet up and arriving home last night, Millie has been absolutely fantastic. Friendly, warm, kind and caring, she sent me lovely pictures and videos of her stay with Harry. It was so reassuring that both got on so well and Harry loved every minute. "Sanika stayed overnight at our house to look after our cat while we were on holiday. He’s a spoiled indoor/outdoor cat that is very used to us catering to his every need. He has a tendency to be scared of new people and will run and hide but he took an instant liking to Sanika and approached her straight away when she came for the meet and greet. Sanika understood how important it was to us that our cat was taken care of like we were still there. The thought of him being distressed is enough to ruin a holiday. You really have to trust a person to give them access to your home and my partner particularly can be sceptical about letting people have access to our house but he also took an instant liking to Sanika. She is very friendly, thoughtful and courteous. While we were away, Sanika gave daily updates and took photos of our cat at various points throughout the day and made up funny little stories about what he had been up to. Our cat looked happy, relaxed and content in all of the photos and we could tell he was very comfortable. I sent war and peace on our home and how to look after our cat and it didn’t put her off at all. Sanika left our house spotless as if no one had been there all week! If we had not had the evidence of a full days worth of pictures every day, I might have wondered if she actually stayed! I couldn’t rate Sanika highly enough and we will think of her when we next go away. "
