"Natalia was professional and caring from start to finish. My partner and I have two cats - - a very shy old boy and young, rambunctious kitten - - and we needed to leave with a cat sitter for the first time (previously we have left with family). We chose Natalia as she has great reviews. She was very available for a meet and greet, showed up promptly, and when showing her around the house, she asked great questions that showed she was a seasoned professional and was really thinking how to take good care of the cats. Every time we were in contact, both before and during our holiday, she was incredibly quick to respond and always so kind and professional. We were crazy paranoid about the cats escaping when she came into the house each day, and she totally understood our fears and had great ideas of how to keep that from happening. It gave us lots of comfort! During our trip, she sent pictures and updates every day as we had requested, and she clearly was making our cats very happy. Even our very shy cat enjoyed cuddles from Natalia, a sign that she is a true, patient animal lover. Our house was as clean as we left it when we returned and our boys clearly very happy with the week they'd had. Natalia was our first cat sitter we have ever used and no doubt she will be our go-to for every holiday going forward! I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cat sitter with a heart for animals."

"This was our second time using Claire to look after our cat Bob while we were away and just like before Claire was amazing. She kept us informed on Bob and sent us adorable photos of him. "What can one say about the marvelous Mari? We are extremely careful when choosing someone to look after our cats and with Mari we really struck gold. From our first communication with her and the first "face to face" meeting through to our actual trip abroad (and subsequent return home) She has been friendly, professional and she clearly loves cats to pieces (and trust me, ours can be a real hot handful!) We very sadly lost one of our three just before the trip and Mari was extremely sensitive and understanding with both ourselves and also (very importantly!) in her treatment of the other two who would obviously have been feeling the loss as much as us. She sent us videos every day which was extremely reassuring as well as a full report of her visit. Also, the house was spotless when we got home (hardly any litter on the floor - and that's quite an achievement as ours tend to do the can - can when leaving the litter boxes!) and she also not only changed the litters but she also CLEANED the litter boxes (like we do)
Finally, I'm a bit worried about leaving this review because we go away quite a lot and we don't want her constantly booked up so we can't book her!!
Seriously, if you are in need of a conscientious, caring, friendly, professional cat sitter, you really need look no further! Mari is the very best "

"This was our first experience of a pet sitter and we couldn’t be happier! Hanna gave loads of great advice before we left and she popped in to meet the cats and see our setup. While we were away Hanna sent daily updates and our cats looked very happy and made friends with Hanna quickly. She played with them every time she visited. When we got back the cats were looking very sleek and happy. The area they had been in in the house was spotless! Thanks so much Hanna. It was a great comfort to know they were in such safe hands. "
