"This was the first time we were leaving our animals behind for so long, and the first time using Pawshake. I booked Juan due to his previous experience with rescued dogs; GSDs and cats. This is just the first half of our booking with Juan but he has been the best nanny to our fur children we could have asked for - both animals seem happy, stress-free and well cared for on the daily videos and photos. Communication is 100% great, the house is kept in a great condition (as per the cleaner’s biweekly reports) and the animals’ medication is given consistently and on time. Both our pets can be timid, but they look consistently relaxed and in their routines... A genuine, kind and responsible sitter. Thank you Juan 🐾"

"Ildiko was the sweetest catsitter! She stayed in our flat and took care of our cat while we were away. She sent us photos of our cat everyday and stayed in touch if she had any questions. She connected very well with our cat, she fed her and played with her everyday and they enjoyed their time together! when we came back from holidays Matisse was very calm and happy :). We are looking forward to have Ildiko again in the near future! Xx"

"So incredibly grateful to Hannah for looking after our little one. Really prompt with communication and a genuine love for animals was so refreshing to find. We had a laundry list of instructions, and Hannah took each on board and left our pup happy (and knackered) by the time we got back. "Thank you for the cat and the house! Andrii looked after my cat Polina as if she were his own.
Andrii is very responsible, loving and caring. You can trust him.
Previously, Andrii looked after our Labrador and our neighbors' French bulldog. So I trusted him with my little cat and house without a doubt. The house was also in perfect order. Andrii watered the flowers, accepted the mail, took out the trash.
I would recommend Andrii to anyone who needs a caring and responsible nanny for their furry pets.

"Gintare took such great care of our cat, as she always did since we moved here to London.
This is an incredibly sad review that we have to leave but we are soooooo very very grateful for Gintare. Gintare was the last pet sitter who stayed with our 🐈 Baby. She 🐈 was such a large part of our hearts and our family. Gintare is one of the kindest people we have met here, always making us feel comfortable and confident that leaving our pets with her was NEVER a source or stress or worry.
We recently had to say goodbye to our cat 🐈 , it has been heartbreaking and hard to move on from. We recently received a heartwarming card and flowers form Gintare. These are the types of things that G had done for us throughout the time we have known her and we have great appreciation for her. Not only have we lost our pet but we have lost a great connection in G as well. We hope that we will be in contact soon, maybe after we heal and we hope you will be part of our next pet’s life. Thank you for everything you have done for us and our family."

"Elliot was a great cat sitter, able to confirm early and house sit for our two cats while we were away.
Our house was well looked after, as we’re both cats.
He sent regular updates, dealt with a few surprise mouse deliveries and our supporter our technology addiction (digital cat flaps and feeders) very well.
Looking forward to being able to travel again soon knowing we have a trusted cat sitter to rely on."

"We cannot recommend Rich highly enough. He looked after our pets (cat & dog) exceptionally well during our week away. He provided daily updates, photos and video clips as to how they were getting on; it was very reassuring to get the updates and see how content and well looked after they were. I’d left pages of instructions and Rich followed them to the letter! Rich dealt amazingly well with our fiesty rescue cat George, administering meds and cleaning up vomit. And he showed such kindness and sensitivity to our rescue dog who can still sometimes find new situations a bit overwhelming. Rich was very professional and flexible - our flight out was cancelled (so plans needed to be rescheduled) and we were slightly delayed coming back. We came home to two very happy pets, a clean and tidy house and Rich had even got us in some bread, milk & eggs in case we got back late. So thoughtful & very much appreciated. Rich went above and beyond, in not only caring for our pets, but making sure we were well informed, reassured and, once we got home, well fed! Thank you."

"Elise and Ignas were wonderful pet sitters. They came to the rescue very last minute to help look after our dog for the weekend. We’d never used an agency or pet sitting website so were a bit unsure, but after meeting Elise we were put at ease. Samantha was given a lovely weekend and we were assured she was in great hands. Our flat was so clean and tidy when we returned as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pet sitter. "

"Julie looked after our two cats for a week and we couldn’t have had a better experience! From the initial contact we knew we were in good hands; excellent communication, knowledgable and honest. Julie took such good care of our cats and house and provided regular updates and photo’s. One of our cats is very anxious around strangers but Julie made extra effort with him and managed to make him comfortable, she is now one of only a few people he will purr and lounge with! 10/10 recommend Julie a wonderful cat sitter! "Özge stayed in our flat and looked after our Siamese cat for a week over Christmas and she was wonderful! Our cat can be shy and anxious but warmed to Özge straightaway. "I can't recommend Chontelle enough! She stayed at my house for a couple of days and took exceptional care of my elderly cat.
