"So grateful to find and have Clare look after our 3 cats the past 10 days. She was so friendly, communicative and kind throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, Teddy tends to wander off and Clare spent extra time to call him and ensure that he ate and had cuddles. Lots of photos to keep us updated, you can tell she genuinely cares for your pets and treats them as her own in your absence, will 100% book Clare again and recommend her to anyone! "

"Rosie was absolutely brilliant looking after our cat Mabel whilst we visited family for a few days. She is a rescue that we have only had for just over a month and is still very nervous so we knew a cat sitter would be better for her than a cattery but we were worried how she would take to a new person. We didn’t need to worry at all as Mabel loved Rosie! Rosie took her time and didn’t overwhelm her and by the second day Mabel was running down the stairs to see her. Rosie has a great friendly personality and we took to her straight away. She is very knowledgeable of cats and their needs and I loved how she messaged every day with pictures and videos as updates as it meant we knew how Mabel was doing. She also brought her own special treats which Mabel loved!! She also took extra precautions for COVID-19 and cleaned everything when she arrived and left so that was one less worry. I would definitely recommend Rosie as a great cat sitter and we will certainly be using her from now on."

"Emma is a fantastic cat sitter! She looked after our two cats last week, visiting twice a day to feed them, give them treats, play with them, and clean their trays. She also kindly watered our plants. Each day, she sent us lovely updates with amazing photos, which really put our minds at ease. It's clear she truly loves animals and knows how to care for them. "Sophie looked after our two cats for us while we were away and did a wonderful job making sure they had everything they needed. She was very well organised when we met to discuss the pet-sitting, taking care to understand everything that needed to be done and their specific dietary requirements etc. She’s also a great communicator and ensured we received detailed updates and photos while we were travelling.
It’s great to know that we don’t need to worry about our cats when they have Sophie to take care of them.

"Claire was amazing with my boy! She's got a natural affinity with animals and my cat took to her straight away. She gave me updates throughout the day letting me know that she'd topped up his water and sent videos and pictures of him, which bought me so much joy.

"We got our kitten Marriott last July, and due to CoVid this was the first time we had needed to get a cat sitter whilst we went on holiday. We had planned on using a cattery but we left it too late and they were all booked up. We discovered Pawshake and came across Emma and we are glad we did. Emma met us before we went away and she was able to stroke Marriott which gave us comfort. Throughout our trip Emma kindly sent us photos and updates allowing us to enjoy our holiday. Emma even offered to get us some fridge supplies before we returned. We are glad we used a cat sitter as it allowed our cat to stay in its normal surroundings. We have no hesitation in recommending Emma and will use her on our next holiday.

"Tom was the best decision we made to look after our elderly cat. He went above and beyond what we expected, spending time with our cat and giving her a daily brush…and not only that he spotted and dealt with a plumbing issue whilst we were away.
