Aloha! I am Donata and I LOVE ANIMALS. They make me happy. I grew up in the countryside of the Dolomites, and I've always been around animals. As a child, I had many pets in the house, including dogs, cats, and hamsters, whom I learned to care for from a young age because my parents wanted me to become responsible and to understand the importance of caring for others. I now very much miss not having any pets around, hence why I'm here! I come from a family of professional dog trainers for Mountain Rescue, therefore I learned the ropes of dog-training techniques quite early and I'm ready for any challenge! I also love purring companionship; I have been used to looking after hordes of cats since I was a child, so I'm looking forward to taking care of your cat too!

 ABOUT ME
I'm a part-time researcher working from home and in need of breaks from my screen every now and then to keep me sane, so I am available at short notice and very flexible time-wise, which is ideal for any last-minute appointment/date/inconvenience/shift you need to cover or for anyone out of town for holidays. I live in Woodlands with my partner Aonghas (Gaelic spelling of Angus), who is very good at dog-training techniques, so your pet would be in the safe hands of not only one but two humans, both experienced in caring for dogs and cats. We live in a big flat with a secure and fully fenced back garden where your four-legged friend can run safely and play freely, and a public fenced green area in the front. Our flat is within walking distance from Kelvingrove Park, the River Kelvin Walkway to the Botanic Gardens, Ruchill Park, and the Local Reserve area along the canal, where we like to take our dogs out for a walk and some outdoor playtime daily. Occasionally, we take them on wee adventures in Queens Park, Pollock Park, Linn Park, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, so that your pet can enjoy and explore different locations for a change of scenery.

 ABOUT THE PET-SITTING
We love the outdoors and staying outside as much as possible, and what better than taking long walks with a four-legged friend? Therefore, we're more than happy to accommodate any requests and even apply discounts on longer stays. The cost of our dog-sitting service goes towards: insurance covering veterinary costs in case of injury; any travel expenses; poop bags; ink and paper to print relevant insurance documents that need to be signed before the sitting; the love, care, attention, entertainment, training skills and professional experience of two pet-sitters towards your pet!

 MEET &amp; GREET 
I've been a pet owner, and I know how important it is to find someone who can genuinely care about your pet as their own, who can be trusted and who can also be a good match for your dog(s) and/or cat(s) - as they are the ones who need to feel comfortable with us. It's very important for us to learn their behaviour, habits, and fears, and how they interact with other animals, people, and children beforehand; therefore, we kindly request a meeting with you and your pet before confirming any bookings to go through your pet's routine and general behaviour. We recommend a wee walk in Kelvingrove Park, but if you can't accommodate it, we can also have a house visit at our flat before any boardings. Please be as transparent and honest as possible about your four-legged friend so we can be prepared for any circumstance, help your pet from the start, and ensure their safety and the safety of others.

I'm a pet loving mum to two teenagers and Anya the wheaten terrier, and have lived in Bearsden for nearly 20 years. We regularly look after two other family dogs to cover holidays, in our home. We're always sad to see them go, and they bring lovely companionship to Anya. There are plenty of great walking spots and places to explore together.
I've had two cats in the past but sadly, family allergies no longer allow ownership. After cat sitting for a friend, I decided to offer a pet sitting service locally and have begun caring for Maisie, Freya and Tara. I love doing this. Each pet has its own personality and I care for them like they are my own. 
I can accommodate up to two visits of around 30 minutes per day for cats and dogs over one year old. I'll visit beforehand to introduce myself and gather information such as security, health and likes/dislikes of your pet. I am well organised and provide an update and pictures at each visit. Happy to accommodate other tasks such as plant watering.

I moved here a 7 years ago and truly miss my six dogs back home in India, which is what inspired me to start pet sitting. Being around dogs brings me a sense of comfort and joy, and I love being able to give that same care and reassurance to pets while their owners are away.
I have over 15+ years of experience looking after dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. 7 years of experience sitting others dogs. My approach is centred around one-to-one care, ensuring each dog gets my full attention, affection, and a calm, safe environment. I can support with dog walking, daytime companionship, evening care, and overnight or holiday house sitting, always adapting to your pet’s routine and needs.
Walks are typically 30–60 minutes depending on your dog’s needs and energy levels, and I ensure they get both physical exercise and mental stimulation.1:1 care meaning I only take one dog at a time (or dogs from the same household) so your pet gets my full attention. I take time to build trust at their pace. I can also administer basic oral medication if needed.
Your dog’s safety is my top priority. I stay attentive at all times, avoid unsafe situations during walks, and in case of any concerns, I will immediately contact you and follow your preferred emergency plan.In case of any emergency, I will contact you immediately and take your pet to the nearest vet if needed, following your instructions.I work from home, which allows me to be flexible and present, so your dog will never feel alone. I focus on creating a stress-free experience, with plenty of walks, playtime, cuddles, and consistent care.
For safety and wellbeing, I do require that pets are up-to-date with vaccinations.I have my PVG too. 

I am Rosa, a friendly, mature and reliable pet parent from Edinburgh. I have loved animals my whole life and have had my own animals (two hamsters, two rabbits, fish, my rescue dog Roxy and my beloved rescue cat Sunny) as well as taking care of other's pets. I love being in the company of all types of animals and enjoy walking dogs, playing, grooming or simply spending time with them cuddling.

I have over 20 years of pet sitting experience, including 5 years of working as a vet tech while training to become a nurse. Hello, I’m Lucrezia! I'm from Italy and currently studying at the University of Glasgow. I love spending time with dogs and have extensive experience caring for them. I've grown up with dogs my whole life, and I miss spending time with my lovely dog, Iris, in Italy. I have experience looking after rottweilers, alsatians, rhodesian ridgebacks and staffordshire bull terriers, so I have a wide range of knowledge and experience with different breeds. I am comfortable looking after puppies and older dogs. I am very patient and understand that some dogs need time to adjust to a new walker. I would love the opportunity to spend time with dogs and look after them. I can take them for daily walks or for outdoor exercise in public parks such as the botanical gardens and Kelvingrove.
