I've got experience with dogs, cats and rabbits, as I've volunteered at a cat rescue and a rabbit rescue. I have a cat myself called ollie! I used to have a dog, she passed away in July, she was the family dog and I miss her a lot!

I have always loved dogs from a young age and have had a laborador and a border collie. I love taking my current dog pepper (border collie) on long walks as i love nature and the fresh air. She is a bit crazy and likes to herd other dogs and people (typical collie) so i am used to hadling more difficult dogs. I will always follow your instructions to ensure the dogs safety.

I grew up with three cats who were part of our family for over 16 years, and I regularly look after my mother-in-law’s dog when she’s away, so I’m used to both cats and dogs. I work from home, so I’m around all day and can be really flexible with timing and routines. I also go on walks every day by myself and would love to have a furry friend to join me. I live with my daughter and our miniature schnauzer called Biscuit (8 years old) in a house with a big fully fenced garden. 
I only look after one dog at a time so there's no worries your dog won't like the company of dogs they haven't met before. 
We are all dog lovers and always enjoy looking after family and friend's dogs (small, medium, large). Our dog Biscuit can be a bit anxious to start of with but after initial meeting/sniff she becomes more relaxed and gets used to the company of another dog.
 We are spoiled for choice with beautiful locations perfect for dog walking which we explore every day whether it's a walk to a local dog friendly park, a stroll along the riverside or going wild in one of the amazing national trust surroundings (our favourite Virginia Waters/Great Winsor Park).
 I work term time only so if you are planning to go away on the school holidays I have plenty of time and enthusiasm to look after and enjoy the company of another furry friend. 
 From previous experience I know it can be stressful for the dog being left in an unknown place so we'll make sure your dog is well looked after and happy whilst staying with us it will get a great care and lots of love. We'll provide appropriate level of exercise as well as time to rest in a quiet spaces in the house.
