"Emily helped looking after my cat Rosie while we were away and I honestly could not be happier. From the very first contact she was very quick to respond, kind and professional. She took the time to visit our house before the start, to make sure everything was clear, and I was already very impressed from this first meeting.
During our time away, Emily provided regular updates and it was clear she was genuinely connecting with Rosie, not just doing a job. This gave us so much peace of mind. Rosie was very well cared for and happy when we came back.
I can’t thank Emily enough for the excellent care she provided for Rosie. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and professional cat sitter."

"I have a unique little free roam rescue bunny named Barnaby, who has had a pretty awful start to life and now quite honestly "rules the roost" in my home, but he's very scared of new people and I was so nervous to leave Barnaby for the first time since I've had him, in 2 years.
While I was away, Jamie was an absolute dream! Even before I booked, Jamie asked all the right questions about Barnaby’s routine and my exact preferences and it immediately showed just how much he truly cares, his animal knowledge and valued doing things the way Barnaby likes them.
Getting sweet little photos and updates after every single meal made my whole trip. I found myself looking forward to them and shared them with my entire family, who too started waiting for our updates every day and asking if we had a new one yet. It because a part of our holiday fun and it was such a relief seeing Barnaby so happy, relaxed, and sticking right to his normal schedule. You can tell Jamie genuinely adores animals and took the time to make him feel safe. Barnaby even came out of hiding for a few photos, which surprised even me.
I came back to the happiest, most content little guy! I couldn't ask for a better pet feeder/ sitter and would recommend Jamie in a heartbeat to anyone looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and truly special to look after their bunny.
Jamie, thank you so much for taking such incredible care of him! I'm tempted to travel more now :)

"Serene was amazing. She communicated promptly and reliably, came to meet us and our cat before we went away, and looked after our cat beautifully. She arrived reliably, sending us messages to let us know when she’d arrived and left, looking after our cats’ practical needs but also staying to play with her and cuddle her when our cat was lonely. Our cat loved her, and the videos Serene sent of her playing and cuddling with her gave us huge reassurance whilst we were away. When we came home the house was left in a perfect state, and the kitty litter and water had been changed, bowls cleaned.
Really we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely be asking Serene back. "

"I am so grateful to have found someone I can trust to look after my two cats when I am away. Kathy is not only diligent in her care but also kept me up to date with when she was visiting, how my cats were eating and behaving and interacted with them so they had some play time. "I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl as a pet sitter… She took great care looking after our two cats during the Xmas holidays.
It was extremely comforting knowing that Cheryl would take the time every day to check in & send us videos of our cats being well fed & entertained.

"Our cat had the best care from Olivia. She can be a little shy so we were delighted to see her wanting to sit on Olivia’s lap for cuddles after just one visit! She took time to play with her and give her lots of fuss which was much appreciated. Olivia sent lots of photos each visit and it was clear our cat absolutely loved her, leaning in for strokes and looking very relaxed with her. When we got home she’d clearly been well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to use Olivia again or recommend her. "
